For me, the bottom line is "does it work" or "what does it do"? I searched for a clean option, but wanted a supplement form even though I already cook with moringa once in a while. I don't want to over hype this, but, for me, it gives me better clarity of thought, memory, and just feeling better with more energy throughout the day.
