07/09/2024- It is heavy at about 20 lbs but the battery lasts 8 hours easily. I assume the internal batteries are responsible for the weight but this is as expected. It is a very nice portable TV and when combined with a fire stick is great for using on the terrace. The sound volume is somewhat limited as others have said but not an issue for me. The screen image is bright and clear. Mine has a defect in the image - fixed horizontal line across the lower quarter of the screen and ghosting of the upper screen image on the lower screen. I'm in contact with service and so far they have been very responsive (Tess) and I will update this review depending on how they help me. Likely a defective unit that I bought in March, 4 months ago - will see if they replace it and update you on progress. 07/23/2024 Update - The company rep couldn't have been nicer and they are shipping my Monster TV back for servicing or replacement. They paid the shipping cost too. This company really stands behind this product - which is a great product in my opinion - and I will post a further update when my issue is settled. 08/15/2024 Update - The Monster company shipped me a new replacement unit. It works just as it should. What a great company that really stands behind their products. And it's really a great product. Mated to a fire stick this gives a great picture and I can watch TV including live TV outside on the terrace. The battery lasts 8-12 hours of normal use. I love it and have recommended it to several friends who have all ordered one. Buy one and you won't regret it. My highest recommendation and thank you to a great customer oriented company.

I’m really impressed with the Monster Vision 2 Bluetooth TV/Radio! The sound is crisp and powerful whether I’m watching TV, listening to FM radio, or streaming from my phone. Setup was super easy and the Bluetooth connection is instant with no lag. I love how versatile it is—one device that does it all without clutter. The design looks modern and fits perfectly in my son's room. Definitely a great buy for anyone who wants better sound and convenience in one system!

Awesome entertainment center for people on the go. Very sturdy built and nicely laid out. Especially like that you can plug in a Roko or similar device and get over 500 TV channels with a crisp display. The built in battery pack makes it ideal for camping or power outages.

We use this so much especially when camping or going to the beach. This has been such a cool and fun item to include on our trips. You can stream movies, play video games, and listen to music all in one box! Definitely a must have!!

Purchase came on time as was packaged very well. No damage what so ever to the unit. The included manual was easy to understand and all features worked (although I haven't tested the microphone). The TV picture is sharp but it has limited adjustment features with only preset functions like movies. or sports. With the enclosed antenna I'm able to receive 60+ channels but I do live in an urban area. I attached a Roku streaming device to one of the HDMI ports and it works without any problems so I can stream channels as well. The speaker is loud enough for my needs but again there is a limited adjustment feature. FM radio works great as well as bluetooth connected devices for music. There are 2 USB ports. One just charges small devices like phones, The other has multiple functions, it acts as a power source for the antenna and Roku device. It also allows for USB drives to play music, videos and picture files that are loaded on the drive. It supports multiple audio and video formats. I like the fact that it supports TS video formats since I can directly copy a pre purchased DVD to the USB device to watch movies. As one other reviewer noted it only plays USB 2.0 devices. I found that true. I couldn.t get a 3.0 device to work even after I reformatted it to FAT32. Also. one reviewer said that it wouldn't support close captioning when using a streaming device. With my Roku device closed captioning worked. Over all I'm really happy with this purchase and I've been using whenever I sit out on my deck or patio. Update 03/25 - I recently retried using a USB 3.0 device with my unit. It works without any problems. Maybe in my original testing I had bad USB device but it works now.

The monster portable tv is impressive, it can really work with a fire stick and it does pick up Channels with the included antenna. The Velcro bag attached is also a great way not to lose your cables and remotes. Screen size is great, heavy box body actually helps protect it as it takes a really heavy wallop to drop it. Then there is the speaker, the volume doesn’t go as high as you would think for a speaker, and the picture on the TV can be a bit hard to see clearly depending on the sunlight. Not Monster’s best design, but it works….the volume knob can spin forever in any direction, but volume only goes so high. But, as this is the only device to have both a big portable screen and a speaker, you have to appreciate what it does do well. I use it mostly for football games. I got one whole game and the 1st quarter of a second game on a single battery charge before it alerted low power. You will not get a whole day with this for video on battery only, but you will get a game or a movie. If you’re ok with that, then this will be great. If you want something for all day use away from a power source, then you’ll need to charge it again or possibly buy a portable power bank to charge it on the go. I like it, I hope it holds up as it is expensive.

I wish I would've known about this item when it came out. I absolutely love it. Been using it for a little over a month now. I have a Amazon Firestick hooked up to it and it works perfect. I used the TV option and in my area I picked up 48 channels from the antenna provided. Keep in mind I'm in a city and not a rural area. Bluetooth speaker has worked great as well. Radio works great. Picked up all stations but once again I'm in a city and not a rural area. What I like most is that the rechargeable battery is replaceable. I did notice the big price jump on these. I'm guessing it's because they are so hard to find now. I was able to pick up a dc charging cord here on Amazon as well for charging in car. UPDATE **For those that really want a case for this Monster TV. I have the Mr. Heater BIG BUDDY portable propane heater. I realized that both the heater and the Monster TV were roughly the same size. I took my Big Buddy heater out of its case and the Monster TV fits inside of it perfectly. Each side of my case has two elastic grip holders. These are for 1 pound propane tanks for the heater but they would also work great for holding extra cords for the TV. Be aware though that the case for my heater is quite flexible. It came with the heater when I bought it. Amazon offers a variety of cases for the BIG BUDDY heater. I can't confirm that all of them would work with the Monster TV. I saw some people stating the noise level wasn't loud enough outdoors in some situations. One thing I can recommend is if you play music from your phone via Bluetooth use another app like Power Amp to play your music. You can adjust all levels of the music bass, treble, etc. Really makes the sound pop a lot better. Both of my Monster TVs are still running great.

This thing is awesome, its size is perfect I do wish it was maybe a 17 inch instead of 15 inch screen but it looks great. It does not include any streaming service but I have an Amazon stick hooked up in back that I use with the hotspot on my phone and it works great. The volume could be louder. It’s a little disappointing but we have a Bluetooth speaker we can run the Aux cable to for better sound so that’s not a big deal. I do wish you could use a USB stick to play movies off of but that’s not a huge issue. Can always buy streaming android box and load the USB through that. Or a HDMI to USB connection. Setup is super easy and it works great. I just got it so we will see how it does over the next year because I enjoy going somewhere away from everyone and just relaxing and watching tv outside.

Battery is great! Nice and loud if needed! Being weather resistant is a huge bonus! Picture quality is decent. Remote has everything needed. Lots of hookup options, including being able to hook up a 4k max firestick directly to the USB power port and be truly wireless is incredible! Great item that turns heads everywhere I go with it. Definitely recommend this portable entertainment system!

Totally old-fashioned equipment, without any operating system. If Android was installed it would be 5 stars

I use this all the time, I take it out in my deck in the evenings, I take it camping, the sound system in it is amazing. Even had it with me for a trip and the airbnb we stayed in had no tv.. another air BNB had a tv but no cable or anything.. this had an antenna and we got free t.v. I have my fire stick plugged in the back and watch Netflix, sports, YouTube. Etc.. if I was rich I'd get a second!!
