We bought the whole guinea circus set up for our boys, this piece can be frustrating if you don't pay attention because the directions have black and white photos that aren't so great, so I wanted to put tips for anyone who needs it.The top and bottom pieces have DIFFERENT SIZE TABSMake sure to put the board with the holes on TOPAnd don't screw in your screws all the way until you have all the pieces in place where they belong just put them in enough to hold them, then you won't damage them if anything needs to be changed or adjusted slightly.Also be sure not to do the screw too tightly to where it may crack the boards. Remember its built for guinea pigs not bears.But for the most part this was super easy to do it maybe took 10 minutes to put together, even with the direction sheet not being so great.And let's face it, it's ADORABLE! We mainly use ours so that our guinea pigs have clean hay, as they like to burrow in their pile and do not like to eat that hay if another has gone to the bathroom in it. (Which happens often) So with this they always have clean hay available.

When I saw this product, I was thrilled! I couldn’t wait to get one for my 2 Guinea pigs! I received 2 broken units and the third time was the charm.However…this does NOT solve the Hay Mess problem. It is cute but the girls had it knocked over in 3 days! Needless to say, it’s being upright ends after about 5mins. This is really just an overpriced novelty hay bin. Get it because it is fun…not because it is practical. :-(

I can't believe how ridiculously well made this. I don't think many of my kids' toys are as well made as this thing. The price for the quality is astounding. And it is ADORABLE! The bars do seem like they will be a little too close together, but I think I will be able to remove a couple in order to widen the spacing if needed. Would happily buy from this company again. Can't wait to give this to the piggies!

This wagon was 40 dollars and at a quite appropriate size to put in a small amazon box yet shipped unassembled. I said okay it was my responsibility to check the product description anyway let's assemble this thing. IT'S GLUED WOOD FELL APART EVERYWHERE DURING THE ASSEMBLY. I had to use another nail to put the glued wood back in place then the wood shattered in the middle. It was a terrible experience but I though it was over THEN the stars glued to the wheels came off!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.

The Hay wagon keeps most of the hay of the floor. My only minor criticism would be the bar spacing is a little too close.

I wish the product was held together completely by screws entirely rather than staples. The wood fell apart within a week. For how much it is, I expected it to be of better quality ): There's no refunds, so I cant even get a replacement. After I fixed it, it just fell apart... again. Really disappointed with the quality in this ):

My guinea pigs absolutely love this hay rack! It is the best hay rack I have ever found. My guinea pigs didn’t figure out how to knock it over or get into it for about six months, which beats the 6 seconds it takes them to get into most hay racks, and even then when it knocks over the hay doesn’t go absolutely everywhere. The reason it is four stars and not five is because the wheels keep falling off, which isn’t that big of a deal as it doesn’t affect the hay, just the pig’s ability to push it around. It could just be my guinea pigs that take the wheels off but I thought I would mention it anyway. Also I do think it is quite expensive for what it is but it works so well that I’m very glad that I bought it.

Looks great, works well, but it’s not really sturdy enough. The guinea pigs are constantly knocking it over. The roof is insecure, it pops off far too easily so could do with a catch or hook to keep it closed. The pigs trash their Wheek Wagon everyday ... it does look good though.

My three piggies love getting the hay from the wagon they have only once managed to knock it over and they have had it for several months.It has been a great boredom breaker so much so that I bought two more for my grandchildrens pigggies.They downside is that they are quite expensive especially when buying two !but they are well made and look fab in their c&c cage

this is so charming, it is solidly built and a cheery addition to a cage.only problem was a wheel came off on the first day. it was glued back on and has held since. but that was a touch disappointing.so far my guinea pig has not really worked out she can eat from it though, i think she sees it as a menu guide. she was used to hay from the floor.

I started to process refund straight, because it broke and I couldn’t even glue it, no matter how I tried. But because I loved the design, I asked my boyfriend, who was trying everything to fix it. So not I have a half broken but fixed hayholder, that looks very cute but unfortunately I am a bit disappointed with the quality. If it didn’t break in my hands than probably I would give 5stars.
