What is the difference in performance between motul rbf 600 vs. rbf 660?

The boiling temp is higher on the 660

is this a low viscosity type brake fluid, for example type can be used in 2015 mini cooper S ?

This brake fluid is intended for use where vehicles will be used in more extreme conditions like road racing or high performance driver education. It isn't really practical for street use because of its high cost. I use it in my Porsche Boxster and used it in my Pontiac GTO. If you are planning to track your car (use your car on a road course) this fluid will help prevent brake overheating and fade.

Is this 12x 500mL bottles?

NO. It is one bottle. The Amazon title is wrong.

Is motul still using euro date on the bottles, i just received my order and the date is 20/12/17, which i think is past the expiration?

Brake fluid doesn't "expire". It will absorb moisture. But as long as your bottle was sealed, you will be fine.
