I've been taking this brand and size now for a while and I honestly believe that they help keep my potassium levels up. Being retired and on a retired budget these are an excellent value for the money both quality and price. I doubt if you're going to find as good or better quality at this price anywhere. Therefore I recommend this product.

A decent dosage of potassium for a pill at 600mg. A supplement to make up for what you didn't quite get with your vegies. Plus, a little glycine thrown in.
