</TL:dr just buy it. But seriously read the review. First, this is the perfect purple. Second, if you don’t like the FengDong logo it’s easy to take off with a seem ripper. Okay let’s talk about the bag. The netting on the sides can hold a 24/32oz bottle, fruit, a smallish children’s toy, or an umbrella. The first angled pocket at the bottom front is perfect for reusable straws, spare change, a packet or gum or a tube of chapstick. The next zipper is the perfect place for your wallet and passport. Now you get to the first deep pocket. There is a sewn in area where you can put your pens, tissues, sunglasses. This area is also good for your kindle or a smallish notebook. Or snacks. I was able to put two apple sauce pouches, two small bags of nuts, a small bag of Twizzlers, four granola bars, and some wet wipes. The next zipper area I used to pack some light essentials. As that we were traveling I had an extra pair of underwear, socks and a t-shirt. As well as toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant and a hair brush. In other instances it would easily fit several large textbooks. The last area had ample space for a laptop and a strap to secure it in place. There’s also plenty of room for books, a notebook, artist box, battery block to charge a phone, headphones and three balls of yarn. I liked that the pack didn’t ‘slump’ and stayed firm against my back. It was very comfortable to wear for several hours, despite the weight I packed into it. The carry handle was also sturdy enough to be able to ‘yank’ my bag out from overhead and from under the airplane seat, (if not over packed it will fit nicely under an air plane seat and allow for room for your legs). For women looking at this pack I am a DD and the front strap fit across without stressing seams or being uncomfortable. The shoulder straps also have a curve in them so they were comfortable and I didn’t have to do that half hitch jump step to reposition the bag ever few minutes. We walked three blocks in pouring rain while I was wearing this and the water was only ‘starting’ to seep in through the fabric. There was some wetness around the zippers. The only drawbacks I have was that only the last pocket had a double zipper. The other pockets had a single zipper meaning you had to open the pocket all the way. The other issue was that the zippers are totally exposed. Just a little more fabric to cover the zippers would have been better. In total I would buy this bag again.

I buy lots and lots of backpacks. Buying online can be very challenging. I've certainly been burned by backpacks that looked great online, but we're a huge disappointment when they arrived. This one is an absolute winner. First impression is that it looks classy. It's durable and has a heavy duty carry handle. Padding for the back and shoulder straps is superior to most packs in this price range. Zippers are medium size (I'll add pulls to 'em). Enough compartments to carry all those heavy text books, laptop and extras. Charging cord is also included! This is a very attractive, well made backpack that is sturdy enough to last through high school, college and plenty of vacations. The look of the material used makes a very good impression. Screams, class. I've reviewed many backpacks on Amazon, and this is one of the best! I will definitely be buying more of these.

This book bag IS PROBABLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. IT IS STURDY VERY PROTECTIVE SUPER ROOMY AND THE EXTRA OPTIOND LIKE THE HEADSET PIRT AND USB CHARGER IS AMAZING!!!! I TRANSPORT MY MANY BOOKS AND MY LAPTOP. IT HAS EXCELLENT PROTECTION FOR MY LAPTOP AS WELL. IT HAS AND DOES EVERYTHING THAT IT SAYS IT DOES. It’s VERY FUNCTIONAL with the charging port, and zippered compartments. It protects my laptop which is super important. ITS ALSO VERY COMFORTABLE TO CARRY AROUND. I’m SUPER HAPPY with my purchase and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BACKPACK TO EVERYONE. ITS ALSO GREAT FOR PACKING CLOTHES FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY BECAUSE ITS SPACIOUS AND STURDY. A+++++++

I love this bag. It's has adequate space and enough pockets to fit everything. Nice padded place for my 17" laptop. Don't think I'll ever use the built in cords. I docked 1 star because the straps are too close together at the top and pinch my neck. If I looses the straps to hang the bag lower, it doesn't fit right on my back and is uncomfortable. My last bag had the curved straps farther apart and was much for comfortable. It's the only complaint on this bag I have. Love everything else about it. Took a seem ripper to the lettering the first day. Came off clean.

Worked great - tons of compartments for travel to separate various things for rapid access. I ordered one for each family member in different colors. I did not take this on an airplane but it worked great for our trip where we didn't have our main luggage for a whole day - change of clothes, swim shoes, swim gear, and of course other necessities - like charging cords, medications and light jackets for evening. My husband's and mine held the most and it was comfortable due to the padded shoulders. the one thing we didn't quite need was the charging cord access to our charging blocks because our room had plenty of USB ports for us to use while we waited on luggage. However, next time, on excursions, it will definitely be useful! My daughter loved the style and color choices. Overall extremely satisfied for our value for our money.
