EEEKit 5M/16FT Auto Seal Weather Stripping, Rubber Sealing Strip Trim Cover, for Car Front Rear Windshield Sliding Doors

I watched a video on you tube of this rubber seal trim being applied to a Mini convertible My 20 year old Mini Convertible seal at the back had all but crumbled away I am a 73 year old lady and I attached the new rubber seal myself I cut out the old bits of rubber left , with a blade. leaving a lip to attach the new trim, cleaned it off with a grease proof solution and followed the instructions Ta..dah … perfect job at a fraction of the price it would have cost to have a professional do it 😊

Does not stick well at all.Had to use superglue to get it stuck down.

Bought to cut and fill a small gap at edge of winscreen, but had difficulty getting it to fit into the gap properly. Ended up just using putty sealant rather than the strip.

Adhesive is not holding the edges and I saw seal on the edges was not sticking. Unfortunately I had to cut the edges which didn’t stick properly although we had took the precautions before applying the seal. It even ripped off while taking off. Had to remove it all from my car as adhesive was not holding the rubber strip. All this stuff went in bin unfortunately.

I used this rubber trim along the top of a windscreen and it is still stuck on really well ,very impressed

Pretty good. Survived a Canadian winter and was pretty stuck on when I was trying to remove it.
