Taste terrible but works great
Add this to your tea or smoothie and you start to really feel the difference in a week. I love the little spoon thatโs included inside of the package.

I like it for fighting candida
I have COPD so if I get sick they automatically give me antibiotics in case it's bacterial so I decided to try Shilajit powder to get rid of any candida that might try to creep in. It's natural and doesn't taste bad and it works just as good, if not better than, any prescribed solution. I prefer the natural approach when I have the choice. This helps.

I started taking this for energy and it works. It may not work the first time but after a few times you can def feel the difference! I feel great! My husband saw my energy levels were through the roof so he started taking it also. He loves it which says a lot because he usually doesnt like trying my holostic remedies for energy. I recommend taking as the bag says. 5 days on, 2 days off and put it in your coffee. You will barely taste it.

Hardly any thing in the package only 25grams!
I thought it would be at least a monthโs worth barely enough for two uses! Definitely not worth $19.99! Waste of money!

I have now tried 3 different Types of this product and this one definitely is the best. They say that the tar is better I did not find it as energizing as this particular brand I did also try another powder And it had some different affects I might actually Mix And I am very happy with This brand
