I was looking around for some good quality hiking boots with a design that allowed me to wear them also on a daily bases and for a good price.Happy to report that these boots have surpassed even my highest expectations and I hope I will be able to explain to you why.The quality and design feels great. The boots are reasonably light considering that they feel also strong and durable. From the first time I wore them they felt very comfortable with a great internal shape that safely and effectively grab the foot. The support padding around the ankle is also perfectly designed and ideally shaped to fully support my foot and protect me from twisting it on rocks or uneven terrains.The sole of the boots have a shape that protects the arch of my foot from any terrain while should guarantee a great grip thanks to the chosen design and grippy material.On a style and design point of view I personally I really like them. The brand logo is very subtle and unobtrusive and the material and colour goes well with most casual clothes and especially blue jeans.For the quality, design, features, materials and much more, there is no reasons to buy anything else. These boots really punch above their weight. Full marks!

Comfortable and durable, certainly great if you don't do loads of hiking
I bought these for a short trip to the Lake District and didn't want to spend loads as I don't hike very often. We walked up the Old man of Coniston and Helvellyn in two days and I had no problems with them whatsoever. Very comfortable and so far durable.

Fits perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for in this weather
Feels very nice and comfortable and they look good too. I was looking for boots for winter and also did not want to spend a fortune so this one did fit the bill and I am happy as this is better than my expectations. The overall quality looks and feels good as well as the sole is good and strong. The sole looks and feel hard and strong but at the same time it is comfortable to wear too. This is very helpful as it is non slippery which is perfect in this weather as these days the roads outside get very slippery from time to time and it also saves my feet from cold.

Cheap and not so tough
I did not expect too much from these cheap boots.Had the hollow heel not collapsed the underneath was wearing quite well.Slightly small fit but just about o.k. for fit.Thought they would have been quite a snip of a buy.Walked about 100 miles and did a few gardening jobs then the heel collapsed and not really viable after that.So four months reasonable wear but not quite enough for a cheap boot.Three stars not too unkind but won't be buying more.

Comfy and durable walking shoes
My hubby bought me these for Xmas. I have heels that blister very easily of shoes are new or don’t quite fit. I’ve used these for over 2 months and they’ll fit my size 4 feet like a glove. I walk in lots of uneven pathways and the beach, good firm soles, waterproof until your whole foot gets immersed in water. So don’t t do that. That’s what wellies are for. But they’re the type of walking shoe that you’ll wear until they fall apart.

Buy! But only when you are garunteed no rain! Be warned
Just purchased the second pair of these boots. So so comfortableUpdate absolutely useless in rain. Currently have my pair out hanging on the line. Planning to use the wash in waterproofing to see how they come out. Still standing by the how comfortable they are on. Just can't take a downpour of rain when I'm cycling home

Great for occasionally walking
Walked in these several times now. I’m not a massive treker, more occasionally weekend walker locally, mostly path but some country muddy walking. Very comfortable, much more so than much more expensive boots I’ve had in the past. Walked through several muddy fields yesterday with quite long wet grass and I found I had good grip, stayed dry and felt well supported.

Decent, lightweight walking boots at a good price.
I'm happy with these boots, they're comfortable, lightweight, nice-looking and have good, non-slip soles. Order 1/2 size larger than your normal size for a good fit.
