I have heard a lot about this generation of cards over the years and have thought about upgrading to it, but never really cared to. Until recently. I don't do a lot of hard core gaming nor do I play some of the more high end newer games that have come out on the market recently, but for what I do, this card works great. My video card started to act up recently, an older NVIDIA 470, so I started looking for newer card that was good enough to play so games but not break the bank. I searched around and settled for the RTX 2060 OC version. Installation went pretty well, no issues there. It is currently supporting my three monitors with no problems, even while playing a game. Frame rate is decent while play COD: Black OP 3. In the 70s with everything set to high. There is some fan noise, but not a lot more that usual than when my rig is running. What I really do is model computer networks and needed a card that would support multiple monitors at once with high resolution. Along with detailed documents. This one does it very well. Its been running without a hitch so far about a month with no issues. I like it.

Paired with an Intel i5 9400k and 32gb of ddr4 ram, it handles anything I throw at it. I'm not big on online multi-player games, but I can say I am big into visual mods on large open world solo games. So far I have played the Witcher 3, cyberpunk 2077, gta v, beamng drive, control, and several other AAA titles, and have had a great experience. Every game except control ran over 60fps. On average, with peaks over 120, it usually around 70-75 fps with heavy mods, and everything set to ultra. I tried ray tracing on cyberpunk but I don't believe it worked, as the fps and visuals were the same. Control is a different story, I was getting a solid 35fps with ray tracing on and around 50 with it off. Keep in mind, this is on ultra settings, without any tweaks. I'm sure you could pump a bit more out of this card, but I plan on using it for awhile as I don't game very often. All in all, great gpu at a good price. The price to performance is very solid, unlike some other over priced cards that don't perform as their price should warrant.

The card feels sturdy and well-built, with a sleek, minimalist design that fits well in most builds. The backplate adds some durability and a clean aesthetic. The pre-overclocked speeds provide a small performance boost right out of the box, but there’s still room for manual overclocking. Using ASUS GPU Tweak II makes it easy to tweak clock speeds, fan curves, and power targets. Comes with HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI outputs, providing plenty of connection options. VR Ready – handles VR gaming smoothly with no issues. Issues to consider before buying: While not overly power-hungry, the RTX 2060 still draws more power than newer mid-range GPUs, requiring a 500W+ power supply. While it supports ray tracing, the performance takes a noticeable hit at 1440p. You’ll need to enable DLSS to maintain playable frame rates in demanding games. The 6GB of VRAM is fine for current games but may become a limitation for future AAA titles as VRAM requirements increase. This card lacks RGB lighting, which might be a downside if you’re building an RGB-heavy rig, but that doesn't contribute to why I put 4 stars. And then the big issue: For the price of this GPU you could get a much better one for only $50 more. I suggest you save until you can get a 2080+ Series GPU. Overall: The ASUS GeForce RTX 2060 Dual-Fan EVO Edition is a great mid-range GPU that offers strong 1080p and respectable 1440p performance with ray tracing and DLSS support. It’s a reliable, quiet, and efficient card for gaming and content creation. Highly recommended for budget gamers looking for solid performance without breaking the bank. While it’s not the latest-gen card, it still holds up well for most modern games.

Saw this card for $180 (after tax) and bought it right away. 3060 costs twice, and maybe the 4060 is the same MSRP, not worth it for performance. TBH I didn't get this for gaming. I got this as a discreet card for my "work" ITX PC, GEEEK A70 case & 4650G CPU. That I built during the ATH of Crypto. Now I have Nvidia Broadcast (I use the camera follow feature), CUDA for Adobe products, and other hardware acceleration for screen sharing/streaming and video calls. RTX Voice isn't that great, and I'll stick with Krisp. Also made my web browsing experience better as being on a 4k monitor, (all the applications I use are browser front end).

This video card delivers very good results, but be advised that it is really big. I have a very big desktop case, and I had trouble even getting it into the case. The problem is the height above the motherboard. I had to remove the metal mounting bracket from the end of the card to even get it plugged into the PCIe slot. I was then able to reattach the bracket from outside the case. Next, the 8-pin power receptacle is mounted on the top (side away from the mother board), so when I plugged in the power cable, I could no longer put the cover back on the case. Fortunately there is small adapter you can buy on Amazon that effective turns the receptacle 180 degrees. After installing that, I could close the case and this graphics card works fine.

Given the current chip/GPU shortage, the investment in this graphics card was not an easy one to justify however I was determined on building my own PC as I needed a new one and also wanted to transition to PC gaming. This GPU handles pretty much any game you can throw at it in 1080P which is the resolution I currently play on. I have friends who use the same graphics card on much higher resolution who have 0 issues. The gameplay is really smooth and seamless without any disruption in video/gaming quality. It runs super quietly normally clocked; I have not yet tried overclocking this GPU. If possible, I would recommend waiting to grab this GPU (or any GPU really) until the prices subside a bit, as I believe that the current prices are steep considering what they were before the shortages began.

I'm very happy with this new video card. The fans are quiet mode so they don't activate until the video card hits a certain temperature so the system doesn't make much noise but even when they are on I don't really here them. The temperature of the fan while gaming is under 120 degrees farenheit. The performance of the card I have on high settings playing Cyberpunk 2077 pretty smoothly at around 100 fps. I also play Overwatch on Ultra settings with 120 fps which is awesome. It is worlds greater than my previous card which was Zotac GeForce GTX 970. Love this product so far and I'm excited for the games I'm able to play in the future.

Muy buen producto con buena calidad, por el precio por lo que la consegui fue por $5,600 aprox $284.15 dolares. para jugar una gran variedad de juegos sin problemas. no he echo OC pero por lo que he visto en test no cambia mucho el rendimiento... para primera grafica es una belleza si es que quieres conocer la tacnologias de NVIDIA, la verdad el ray tracing a mi opinion no vale la pena a menos que solo juegues triple A , ya que es algo que despues de tiempo la verdad uno se olvida si se quiere jugar a juegos competitivos o multijugador recomiendo una grafica de AMD AUN QUE pueden tener problemas de drivers, el ray tracing de esta grafica es un quita sed ya que no lo vas a poder jugar en buenos FPS en algunos casos, yo la verdad la escogí por el precio y por la tecnologias que tiene NVIDIA, pero si requieres fuerza bruta AMD puede ser tu opción

I bought 5 2060's for mining Rig. Running smooth and no problem so far. Price wise, too much.

This is the second RTX2060 in a dual GPU Threadripper rig. Pros: Very impressed with ASUS build quality (even has a backplate). I chose two RTX2060s over the higher end cards because they have almost as many tensor cores (for AI). Using them in Tensorflow AI and other multi-cpu CUDA applications (rendering, etc). Excellent results. Two 2060s are better than a single 2080ti (just as much VRAM but far more tensor cores combined). I put it in the top slot of my X399 mobo and it covers the shameful naked PCB of my PPNY 2060. Cons: Does not have SLI/NVLINK, but those standards may be obsolete any way. Is only PCIe3, but GPUs dont really benefit much from PCIe4. The rgb effect on the front is just colored plastic with an led that you can't turn off. It draws a little more power than my PNY 2060 (two fans instead of one). Was twice the price of my PNY 2060 was 2 years ago. Will def. buy another ASUS card next time, in fact looking for another 2060 to match this one if prices of the high end cards don't fall. Glad this 2060 is an option for now, I was able to build a capable AI/render box very affordably.
