Is this really a carbon comb? It feels like plastic

This is NOT carbon fiber. Mine was plastic. I ordered it twice to make sure it wasn't an error. They sent another plastic comb. Definitely not heat resistant.

Do the teeth give at all? I’m looking for a flexible comb.
