Stays hot throughout
Best one I’ve tried. It heats up,within 10 minutes and stays on temp after opening and closing while,checking meat unlike many others that lose,heat as soon as you open the cover. Easy clean up,as well. It’s a bit on the small side but for just two if us it handles whatever we want to,cook. The sear on meat is perfect as well.
