Look no further. This is a wonderful appliance. I have no doubt that the Panasonic's NE-1025F microwave will provide YEARS of excellent service. Everything about this product--design & construction--speaks of the highest quality. It has a simple dial control and no annoying turntable. Its power comes from the floor. It cooks perfectly. Initially I'd purchased a $399 Breville microwave. Its glowing video reviews are wildly misleading. The difference between the Panasonic and Breville is astonishing. I'll be blunt: the Breville: is a poorly designed and constructed piece of overpriced crap. Its "big feature" is its soft-closing door. I'd only open/shut it maybe a dozen times when it began to weaken. Charging $399 is virtually criminal. I recommend the NE-1025F without reservation. You simply cannot go wrong with this excellent Panasonic product. Yes, its $313 price is higher than most microwaves, but well-justified. Spend the few extra dollars. You will NOT be disappointed.

This is a great microwave oven! Having gone through a number of countertop microwave ovens large enough for regular use and small enough to fit on a narrow kitchen counter, I was growing increasingly disappointed in the quality of those previous purchases. Even after searching for highly rated products and seemingly good quality products, I was less than happy that so many would break within a year or two. Chipping paint, broken hinges, overly complicated "bells and whistles" control pads. Then I found the Panasonic NE-1025F 100W Commercial Microwave far at the bottom of an Amazon search with only one review. I did research on the internet and couldn't find many more reviews anywhere else. But I did find one good instructional video from Panasonic that described what makes a commercial product a commercial product: no rotating turntable (relying instead on a hidden rotating antenna), smooth interior for easy cleaning, stronger parts rated for long-term, rugged use. So I made the decision and bought the Panasonic NE-1025F 100W Commercial Microwave. Two days later the Panasonic NE-1025F 100W Commercial Microwave arrived from Amazon and I could not be happier. It is slightly more compact than anticipated but in a good way that results from a very well constructed design. And I love the turning knob. It's so simple. Turn the knob to the desired time and a nice orange light showing the remaining time displays above the knob. Turn the knob a little more and the time increases. Open the door and the timer stops. Completely. To start again you close the door and turn the knob again. When your food is ready, the microwave makes a nice sounding beep. Not annoying. Not too loud. Not too soft. If you are looking for a replacement microwave oven or searching for your first oven for any sized area, then buy the Panasonic NE-1025F 100W Commercial Microwave. The Panasonic NE-1025F 100W Commercial Microwave is what every microwave should be.

I am 53 and have used many microwaves. I've had this unit for several years now and love it. Its easy to clean, is well constructed and the simple knob controller is brilliant. The base of this thing is heavy. I think its ceramic or something, maybe the specs say. I do not defrost meat in this but I don't think any microwave defrosts meat properly personally. The unit heats things fairly evenly and quickly. We use the microwave for all the basic needs, heat drinks and soups and liquids, defrost frozen foods like tater tots etc pre toaster oven, cook veggies, cook frozen dinners/product, reheat leftovers, things like that. The timer maxes out at 6 minutes, however, all you have to do is open and close the door quickly to reset and turn the knob if you need more time, which is rare for our uses. For me, I found that the preset buttons never performed on other microwaves so I stopped using them long ago. This counter top unit allowed me to intall a range hood over my stove while taking up little counter space. I highly highly recommend this product for those who dont find preset buttons useful. Why do you need a popcorn button for another $400?

I love my Panasonic NE-1025 Microwave. Best one I’ve ever had. No turn table to keep knocking around and so easy to clean.

5 stars for performance & function. Minus 1 star for issue can fix. fix. This is the second 1 I owned. 1st 1 quit working just after a couple of years. Took it to a Panasonic repair guy. He said the high power mechanism cooked it self. It was cheaper to buy a new one. Here's the fix so itdoesnt happen to you per the repair te k. Open the door & look at the vent holes in the ceiling. If the vent holes are white here is the problem. Mfg. Covered up the vent with a sticker and the hudmity can not escape. Remove the outer cover, T20 security torx & Phillips. Remove the sticker & place it next to the vent so it doesn't cover the vent holes. Replace cover. The Panasonic repair tech notified Panasonic years ago of this problem but apparently did nothing. I also called them & sent pictures hoping they will fix their mfg. Problem.

Per the features it is exactly as advertised. Heats well, is compact. Just a nice machine. Warning: I bought this unit from Amazon's Warehouse Deals. It was listed as "Like New Condition." Unfortunately this was not the case. The unit was very clean but someone had taken a knife to the two-part handle and separated the front of the handle from the rear of the handle. Think clamshell design. Why? No idea why one would want to take the handle apart. But, they broke one of the plastic tab keeps. And of course it was the one keep that held it all together. I can glue the handle back on with an epoxy, but this was the first time i've ever bought an Amazon Warehouse Deal that was listed as like new that was not like new. Update #1: The microwave is now making a grinding noise of sorts as it works. Not a happy camper at the moment. I probably will be returning this unit for a refund. I will probably buy a brand new on of this unit to replace it. My gut tells me I got a lemon. If I get a new one I'll add another update when an appropriate time has passed and I have tested the new one. Update #2: Grinding noise 100% my fault. Microwave must sit on perfectly level surface and mine was not.

This is the worse microwave I ever had-it started smoking then fire started inside- I cannot use LED so I buy this+ inDO NOT RECOMMEND IT The dealer does not stand by his products - we are speaking of serious issues , flames inside. Burning at the plug! I received 7 emails telling me they cannot replace it This is not a wallet but a serious flaw on the mechanism: I must use a flat one I cannot use LED Lights BEWARE FIRE HAZZARD I had flames inside 2 of them!

For the elderly this is a god-send. No more hunting for buttons that are not lit up as there are no buttons. Now it's just twist the knob and watch the lights go to from10 seconds - 6 minutes. No senior should be without this unless you want to do a lot of microwave cooking in large containers.

Well built, solid microwave. Great for commercial use. But not that good for what I needed it for. Many website recommend this for the elderly. Yes it is very easy to use. But the microwave has no turn table Any meals from frozen will be cooked in some areas and still frozen in other areas of the dish. For our needs this microwave is not that good for the elderly.
