How are the steel nails, wire support and mounting materials in the bag used?

The wire support can be put into the holes at the bottom back of frame if you want it to stand on a table or such. I don't know about the nails. Maybe they go into the holes if you don't want it to stand?

Can a piece that's printed on both sides be hung so someone could turn it and view the back, too?

No this cannot be turned around. The part that hangs the pictures is attached to the back of the frame.

Can you put this frame on a table?

Yes. It comes with a stand that you can insert in the frame.

How do you get the glass back off? It seems stuck even after moving the tabs out of the way… worried about breaking the glass

I used a butter knife to push back some of the tabs and to gently remove the glass back.
