Why would any guy want a bigger looking butt?

I lost my butt after a course of chemotherapy. Loss of fat and lean muscle mass on my butt cheeks made sitting practically impossible. Standing was embarrassing, as my pants would fall down (even with an extra tight belt), but with the butt pads my pants stay up. Movie theaters, restaurants, driving the car, even sitting was literally a pain in the butt. Why would this guy want a bigger butt? Quality of life is improved, self-esteem is up (no snickering when my pants fall down) and my pants fit much better.
