Elitzia 7-Color Micro Mist Hair Steamer with Wheels for Natural Black Hair

I love hair streamer. But need some repair my streamer is leaking. Need a replacement hood has broken. Try to order but couldn’t find lol it.

I have not used it yet, but there were NO assembly directions.

I use this streamer a lot in my salon. It started off fine but after a week it started making a loud knocking noise which freaked me and my clients out. It also came without the attachment that goes over the whole that the mist comes out of so it was burning my clients head. All around bad experience. I found another one on here that was way cheaper and works perfect.

I’ve gone through so many steamers and decided to invest in this one. So far it hasn’t disappointed, but I’ve had it less than a month and use it daily. Hopefully it will still perform the same a year from now

Be extremely precise when putting together it will get bent Works amazing cuts down on long processing times

I’ve used one of these for the last few months that belongs to a coworker who paid $800+ for hers and another co-worker paid $1200+ !! Mine is just like theirs. Helps process my grey coverage clients much quicker and has so many other good uses!

I love this steamer a friend of mine had it and I fell in love when I used hers I just had to get one for my clients.

This hair steamer has been a fantastic addition to my clients and my hair care routine at the salon. It was straightforward to assemble, and the adjustable height makes it easy to use comfortably. The steam is consistent and helps deep conditioners penetrate much better, leaving clients hair feeling softer, smoother, and more moisturized after each session. For safer storage it should be kept in a more spacious and secure room to avoid it from falling.

Run away if you value your peace of mind. I bought this steamer because I thought it's one of the best. I loved the colour changes, the idea of sealing in the moisture but it turned out to be my worst nightmare. I was sent a faulty steamer. I couldn't change the lights, it was only red light which I settled to use instead of sending it back I reported all these to the seller without knowing that the worst was yet to come. The worst, I was about steaming a customer's hair, on trying to reduce the height of the steamer, the plastic on the stand shattered in my hand. It didn't fall, nothing touched it but my hand. I have tried to contact the seller many times but he kept trying to convince me to keep the steamer and they will send a replacement stand. Mind you, this steamer laster only 3 weeks. Obviously I refused as I want my refund. Till now, I'm still waiting for them to come and collect it and it's over 3 days now. Don't be tricked by the fancy look of the steamer and choose a more reliable one. Update Day 4, I was send a return code to carry the steamer to an Evri store, no collection option given. As I have no car, I had to pay £19 on Uber ride. No code was given for the cap which was supposed to have been collected 4 days ago, for which the collection time I was given was between 11pm Friday and 11pm Saturday. To say that this experience has caused me undue stress is an understatement
