- Hypersphere Go Vibrating Ball Deep Tissue Massage Muscle Recovery

I have been going to OT for hand therapy after having surgery on my trigger fingers. I have been using this hypersphere and it has worked beautifully. The three vibration levels have been fantastic. It helps break down the scare tissue with its powerful vibrations. It's really been fantastic. I recommend it highly.

A great alternative to a massage gun! Really effective at loosening tight muscles and relaxing knots. Convenient size for carrying with you on the go, and a full charge lasts a long time. I learned about the Hyperice sphere from my PT person, and now it’s a part of my pre/post tennis routine.

Very useful

I thought I was ordering the larger ball that I had used at the gym. This was the only Hyperice massage ball option I could find on Amazon and looked exactly the same. There were no clear measurements of the diameter in the product description. The ball was much smaller than I expected, which did not work for me. I finally found and ordered the one I wanted, which appears only to be available on the manufacturer's website directly. However, when I attempted to return the smaller one through Amazon(unused and the day after I received it), I was informed that it was non-returnable. This was despite it saying clearly on the product description that it was eligible for refund or replacement. When you click on that link, it only then says it is non-returnable. Pretty sneaky and not very cool.

It is fantastic for getting out those stubborn knots and pains. It is very powerful, I have a pretty bad back from EDS and still generally use it on the lowest of its three settings. The biggest downside is one of my elderly cats likes it even more than me😂 I lent it to my grandma over xmas as well and she was able to work out a pretty nasty charlie horse with it. Highly recommend, even though it is a bit pricey.

This is my second purchase. The first was for an older friend. my 84 year old sister liked it so much she wouldnt give it up, so I had to purchase another. I believe they are both being enjoyed. And it is hard to keep older ladies happy. (That last comment will get me in trouble if it gets out)

Works well. Been two weeks since I bought this. Use it almost daily after workout. Helps to relax muscles and remove knots.

My lower back muscles are much less tense now!
