HEXNUB Chemex Cozy - For 6 Cup Collar & Handle Chemex Coffee Pour Over Maker, Keep your Coffee Warmer & Glass Carafe Protected

It kept my ~500 ml of coffee adequately hot for the amount of time I needed. For what it's worth, I can brew my coffee and let it sit for ~30 mins (so I can make breakfast). I leave the filter with the spent grounds on top to slow down the cooling. I own a Chemex lid but I don't use it much because I don't want to bother with preheating it (the glass lid is pretty much a thermal sink if you don't preheat it too). After I finish making breakfast, I pour maybe half of the coffee in my preheated cup and the coffee is still hot. I'll probably finish that cup in about another 30-40 mins. By then, my cup is cold but the coffee still in my Chemex is drinkable-ly warm. To me, that's pretty good given that half of the initial heat mass is gone. I got the 8 cup sleeve for my 8 cup Chemex. It fits fine. It's snug but fits. The first couple of times trying to get the sleeve on may feel tricky as the Chemex is oddly shaped. It might have been a little bit tight the first time but I think it's stretched to the right fit at this point. I definitely recommend putting the sleeve on before you brew. The sleeve is nice to have on as it gives me another point of contact that I can comfortably hold the Chemex. I do not feel any heat through the neoprene sleeve. Also, you won't require a coaster or some kind of pad for condensation. You can probably make one of these if you have the skill set and knowledge. And a thermos is probably more effective. I don't have the skill or knowledge and I think throwing a thermos in the mix is just another thing I have to wash for not that much coffee that I need to keep warm for that amount of time. For me, this is a reasonable price for a good solution for the amount of coffee I want to drink in the amount of time I take to drink it.

I purchased an 8 cup and 10 cup cozy for our Chemex. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but i have two so I got both sizes. They are exactly as expected and fit the glass base perfectly! I don't know why I waited so long to find these. We camp a lot and use our Chemex brewer. This cozy is a game changer in keeping our coffee and tea warm for the second cup. And, I love the color - a soft, modern grey heather.

This is a great set. The cozy (sleeve) looks good and fits my Chemex like a glove. The wooden lid has a rubber ring that holds the lid in place fairly well (it can slip out, so you may want to remove it or hold it when pouring coffee). The lid is much better than the available glass lid. I find using both pieces doubles the time coffee stays at a warm/drinkable temperature (for me anyway). I like this a lot, and recommend it.

Great little cozy that keeps my pour over 6 cup Chemex nice and warm when I have made my coffee. It is very snug and have to really work at getting it on and zipped. Also hard to see where your coffee is brewing to in the Chemex and I have to unzip a bit to see and to see the drip happening. Sometimes the drip stalls some and I have to move the filter away from edge to “burp” it and continue. For the idea of keeping the brewed coffee warm, it definitely does that, but the 4 stars only because of difficulty to get off and on easily (very tight) and I’m afraid it’ll slip and drop.

Hands down this is a must own product for Chemex coffee brewers. I can make a chemex pour over, walk to drop my kids off at daycare, come back and the coffee is still warm. Yes, you'll have to unzip the jacket a bit to see the fill level as you make coffee but oh well, its worth it to keep it warm for an extended period of time. I wish they had a different color/pattern to hide some of the coffee stains which you can see in my photos... doesn't really bother me but eventually it will need to be washed and I just hope that doesn't reduce its lifespan our thermal insulation ability. Even if it does, I'll probably buy a new one or a second one just to have for the future. Love this thing.

We were bringing our Chemex pour over coffee pot camping, and I was worried about the fragile glass. I was so delighted to find this cozy for the pot! It fit like a glove, protected the pot, looked like a cute little zip up vest and kept the coffee warm for a lot longer! It was exactly how I had hoped it would be. Thank you!

I liked my chemex pour-over but it lost too much heat - coffee was getting cold by the time I was done making it. Preheating the chemex helped a bit, but not enough. Combined with preheating this keeps your coffee warm for something like 30 minutes, so you have plenty time to use it.

This is one of the sillier things I have bought to enhance my coffee addiction, but it fits great and adds a nice aesthetic to the Chemex. If you occasionally burn your fingers - this will help quite a bit. That said, it doesn't replace the need for an insulated carafe or other solution if you brew more than a cup at a time.

This cute little cover is amazing. Stylish, price point is good, material isn’t cheap and it actually keeps your coffee warmer. Great product.

Nice snug fit. Keeps the coffee really hot. Added bonus- you get the lid!. Much cheaper than the blue horse cozy brand. My only concern is it is a light gray...i am hoping it doesn't get stained by coffee.

Something I was looking for to help keep it warm and the lid not being glass was a bonus and it looks super cute too.

Description and images was a little confusing as I thought I was getting the grey jacket and chemex lid too... but no lid, now it’s an extra £12.99 for a bamboo lid. Jacket is good quality though

The 'Kit' only includes the cosy and lid for £22.99. So, what you get if you buy the 'Cosy with Lid' for £17.99? There is no description explaining what's in the kit but since it was a gift I purchased it anyway in hopes the recipient would receive a surprise item - may be filters!
