Instead, I used it to repair the water dispenser line on my refrigerator. The tubing fit perfectly, proving to be an excellent alternative to the more expensive proprietary line offered by the appliance manufacturer.However, I did notice that this tubing has a tackier surface compared to the original line, requiring extra attention during installation. It's crucial to ensure that the tubing is fully inserted and correctly seated in the compression fittings. I learned this the hard way, as I initially ended up with a watery mess before getting it right.A significant advantage of this tubing is its heat resistance. This feature leads me to believe it will outperform the OEM part, which had become brittle over time due to the heat from the nearby compressor.The tubing's versatility was further demonstrated when I used it for an entirely different purpose. I had to remove water from the air chambers of an inflatable kayak that was left outside with the valves open. By attaching the tubing to my wet/dry vac, I was able to effectively and efficiently complete this task, something I couldn't have imagined doing without this flexible tubing.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. Its versatility and performance in various applications have earned it a solid five-star rating from me.

Worked for my purpose but tubing gets very hot.

Bought this to set up a cooling loop for my laser. The hose is kinda thick so the inside diameter didn’t fit my needs. However the quality of the hose is great and thick.

I did not use this for pneumatic purposes. Like at least one other reviewer, I used it to repair the water dispenser line on my refrigerator, and it was perfect for that. One note is that the surface of this tubing is a bit tackier than the proprietary line that the appliance company wanted to sell me, so you need to be extra careful that the tubing is inserted fully and seated correctly in the compression fittings… I made a bit of a watery mess before I figured that out. This tubing is highly heat-resistant, so I anticipate that it will perform better than the oem part which became brittle over time from the heat of the nearby compressor. I also have a lot of tubing left over, and it came in handy when I duct-taped it to the nozzle of my wet/dry vac and used it to remove water from the air chambers of an inflatable kayak that was carelessly stored out in the weather with the valves partly open. I'm not sure how I would have gotten the water out without this versatile flexible tubing. Five stars--I'm very pleased.

Works great, good quality

after I installed this on my air compressor I also replace the pressure switch at the same time so I was tuning my pressure switch in my compressor was cycling a bunch. Needless to say the line got hot and busted. Had to replace the line. I don't know what the temperature rating is on this but I know that when I was doing it in cycling my air compressor a lot the line got too hot and busted.
