Updated review: the replacement box has both cartridges 63XL. They work fine and the price is far better than HP cartridges. I am delighted with this product. Original Review: I ordered the combo package of 63XL cartridges. In the box, I got a 63XL color cartridge and a 67 XL black cartridge. Naturally, the 67XL black cartridge doesn’t work in my printer. Amazon customer service is rushing me replacements (I love Amazon!).

This printer ink is amazing. Professional print quality, no smudges or faded spots. The ink cartridges last a couple months with daily usage. I use this ink for my HP printer at work, and it’s very compatible. Easy to install as well. I recommend this ink to anyone who is looking to save a bit of money, for great quality ink!

These ink cartridges work great and are a good value. The print quality is the same as my previous HP cartridges.

This is my second review. The first one was not good as color cartridge was defective. I contacted Amazon for a return label and they sent me a replacement in 2 days. The cartridge was fine works great and way less than what I have been paying for ink. I will order this again.

update: Although my ink cartridge was a fail, customer service is really good. They reached out to me and offered a full refund. Color cartridge works fine, black one will not communicate with printer.

The proce is GOOD and they are working just like they are supposed to. Win Win!

Still uncertain if I will try again, but I respect a company willing to fix an issue Not sure if I’d purchase again. Black ink still works fine, but my printer stopped reading the chip on the color ink mid print after about 2 months. I don’t print a lot, but this is the first time I’ve ever had this happen

Used this because it's cheaper than the normal ink I buy (name brand) for my Envy printer. Gotta say, it's compatible, the printer doesn't reject it. The quality of the ink is great, more ink use out if it than the name brand, and I can print an entire 8x11 image and it's dry within seconds (with heavy color/ink use).
