Kachri is such a gift. This is such an authentic Rajasthani speciality and secret ingredient as a meat tenderizer. Knowing the correct amount of Kachri powder to put into the meat, you can master how tender you would like your meat. Being a Rajasthani, it took me a long time to find this ingredient.
