Amazon needs to know how to pack stuff, or order pullers need to care!
During shipping the case it all comes in was smashed, but nothing inside the case was. I was hoping to use it for medical stuff but that's not happening now. But the knife is great, pen is awesome so all good! Now the second one I purchased was quite different. Knife is only 6.5 inches when the first one I bought was 8.5 inches which I'd rather have. Water proof case was not broken this time which was nice. Also, this one came with a small light key fob that was to come with the first but was not in it. Still great deal for the price, just bummed out about the knife being small.

Nice, lots of stuff, but no tactical pen
Got this as a Christmas present, they were really happy with it, and was very excitedly going through the kit. I was going through the list describing each item, but when we got to the tactical pen, we were unable to find it. They were a little bummed about that, but it was the only thing missing and there was lots of other stuff to focus on.

I purchased this for a gift for a young man who loves it. His family has land in WV that he has planned several trips to and what this survival kit will be helpful for while he is there.

Great basic starter kit
Come with the basics to start survival or survive for a night or two. Would be nice if it included water purification tablets or a mini life straw. Otherwise pretty decent for the price. Knife is solid, sharp and durable. Could also come with a bit more paracord besides what the bracelet is made out of. And a better compass.
