⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: Wildly Organic Oat Milk Powder (16 Oz, 1 lb Bag)
The Wildly Organic Oat Milk Powder has been a game-changer for me! After trying several plant-based milk alternatives, this one stands out as the best option compared to traditional oat milk cartons, which are often loaded with emulsifiers and preservatives.✅ Pros:✔ Neutral and natural flavor – No overpowering oat taste, making it versatile for any recipe.✔ No emulsifiers or preservatives – Unlike store-bought oat milk, this is a clean and pure product.✔ Perfect for smoothies – I blend it in a smoothie, and the result is flawless, with no gritty texture.✔ Better than other powdered milk alternatives – I’ve tried coconut milk powder before, but this oat milk powder is superior.✔ Convenient and well-sealed packaging – Keeps the product fresh and easy to store.⚠ Consideration:💲 Price is on the higher side, but it reflects the product’s premium quality. If you’re looking for a clean, healthy, and additive-free oat milk, I highly recommend it! Despite the higher price, it’s worth every penny. I’ll be a loyal customer! 💛✨

Luscious Stuff
Felt safe ordering this based on so many good reviews. Received it in just two days. I like to make curries, Indian, Thai, even Burmese, but not often enough to always have canned coconut milk on hand or trusting the ones in my cabinet past their expiration dates. I had even tried using coconut flakes blended with water when all that was needed was a thin coconut liquid for a recipe, and well, it was better than nothing, but of course weak in coconut taste. While there's nothing like drinking coconut water out of a fresh coconut, the cracking of shell is too tiresome for me so I've not craved it as a beverage at all. When I opened the package I of course tasted the powder from finger to tongue, and went, "Oh, my, this is the real deal..." Rich, creamy coconut taste, yet delicate and fresh.Just as a test, I wanted to see if I could make some rough equivalent of coconut juice as a refresher, so reading that at first it should be dissolved in hot water, I put a tablespoon in the bottom of a tall drinking glass and used two tablespoons of hot tap water to make a thick paste as in a flour slurry, and slowly filled the rest with cool tap water stirring all the while, I wanted it thin, thin, thin, cool not cold. That's what I got, it really was refreshing, and to think that I could control all this texture just by looking and tasting.I've already used some in a Thai curry, and found it thick, luscious, much better than canned, much better. I got this for cooking, not smoothies, but will sometime use it for that too. Since I live alone, this should last me some time, but am already tempted to order some more to have on hand. (And expiration dates on dried powders in resealable snap lock bags would not bother me in the least, lol.)Definitely recommend it, and sorry for those who wanted to use this as a coffee creamer, no, this is not for that.

Don't trust the review rating
BEWARE - most of these reviews are for the coconut product! Not sure how they can get away with linking those with the oat milk. Somehow, it makes my smoothies even flatter and thinner than (plain) organic liquid oat milk - when using it out of the package. But if you double or triple the ratio to water and leave it in the fridge overnight, you can get a little bit of body out of it. Looking for powdered option for travel, so I don't have to try to find the fresh product.

Quality product but not good as a coffee creamer
Seems like a quality product and does taste good but the first line in the description says to try as a coffee creamer and it is NOT VERY GOOD AS A COFFEE CREAMER. It clumps up in coffee, even when dissolved in boiling water first as the instructions suggest, it clumps up. Although it is not a "bad" taste it does make your coffee taste like coconut. This product is probably fine for baking.

Good low carb backpacking food
I purchased this as a low-carb substitute for hot cocoa for evenings on the backpack trail. The carb content per 2 T serving is 3g.The warmed drink (with 90 out of its 110 calories per serving derived from fat) was flavorful and helped me fall asleep and stay warm on a cool night. My hiking buddies added it to their cocoa and enjoyed the choco-coco combination. I stirred a 2 T serving into a tall mug of hot water. This was a bit watery for most people's taste, but it tasted great after a long day of hiking.I don't use this for anything else, but it could be used as a substitute for liquid coconut milk in curry and Thai recipes. The label says if you use it for cooking, then it should be mixed at 2/3 c powder to 1/4 c water. That would produce a thick, creamy product that resembles the heavier versions of canned coconut milk but that mixture would also use up over 5 of the 30 servings in a package and wouldn't give you much liquid - I didn't try it but maybe a little over 1/3 cup thick liquid. While it is a convenience to have it on the shelf, you may want to compare the price of this product to canned coconut milk when used for home preparation. If you do order it, buy 2 to get free shipping. That's what I will do next time as shipping was about 1/3 of the price of the product itself. It will keep a long time on the shelf or in the freezer, and will warm me up in a delicious low-carb way for many nights.
