Is this a flat print or 3-D acrylics?

It's not a flat print....more like a 3D acrylic on canvas but not a lot of paint texture.

I don’t understand how to hang it Up. The installation guide was all blurry. Can you explain what to do with the round white plastic pieces?

This is what I did because I couldn't figure it out either. 3M Command picture hanging strips worked great, a lot less hassle, and no holes in the wall.
