I was very excited to try after looking for a good facial oil to rejuvenate and moisturize my face skin and I am so sad to say it was a complete waste of my money... It irritated my skin to the point where its been peeling... It has dried it out and burns after use... I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it 3 different days and all 3 days same result.

I developed rosacea around the age of 40. Since that time, my skin has gotten progressively reactive to things it doesn't like. Although I've done internal and external medication, laser and light therapy, it continues to be a problem. Since I was a little girl, I've had skin allergies all over my body--I'm allergic to the sun if it's strong (like FL or the NJ beach), chemicals in suntan lotion, synthetic fragrances, etc. The dermatologist used to give me product samples. If I could use it a few times, I'd buy full sizes and become allergic to it with further use:) The last 10-15 years, I've cut out a lot of chemicals in products I use. Mostly use carrier oils on my face for moisture. Did Oil Cleansing for a long time, but went in another direction a few years ago.Started doing aromatherapy last April. Naturally, one of the issues I wanted to explore is skin. I've attempted to make some facial serums with a little success. I've gotten numerous skin products to review and have had allergic reactions to many, although the ingredients looked good. Fall allergy season seemed to have started mid August this year. It's been especially difficult for my facial skin. I've had any number of allergic reactions to seemingly benign products--we're talking small and large red bumps. A little redness is typical for me, the bumps are not.When I originally read the ingredient list on the lovely cylindrical box that holds this serum, there was only one ingredient I had never used-- a Bulgarian Rose essential oil. Because I can be allergic to some flowers, I decided to take it easy in approaching the use of this serum. My most sensitive area is my cheeks, least sensitive forehead and chin. I started with a few drops on forehead and chin. It absorbed quickly and left my skin feeling soft. Next area was my nose, where I had a little rosacea bump, no change (which to me is a good thing. No allergic reaction.) Once again, it absorbed well and left the skin smooth and soft. Today, I finally did the cheeks. A little redness (which is typical of almost any product I use), but no bumps or stinging. I think that this is a product that I'll be able to use with great success. Nourishing day face oil serum is great for your facial regime in the morning after using cleanser, toner and oil serum you can use a moisturizer but there is no need for one. The face oil serum is gentle to my skin, my face glows with this product, it is not oily and my face feels nice all day long. When I check my face in the mirror throughout the day it has the same glow. My face does not look dull or dry. And I appear alert which is great at the end of a long work day. The ingredients this serum are incredible Organic Natural Botanical Extracts of Marula Oil, Baobab, Jojoba, Apricot, Neem Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rosehip, Vitamin E, Evening Primrose, Bulgarian Rose, Geranium, Lavender and Chamomile.
