I’ve tried other turning peels but this one is the best. Others are flimsy, or too short or too long. This peel is the perfect length that keeps you away from the high heat but still allows control and a close enough distance so you can see the cook of the pizza. Great quality. I highly recommend.

We use this product to turn our pizzas in the ooni oven. My husband is the main pizza chef at our house and he says this makes things much easier. We own a very nice peel for moving pizza in and out of the oven, however this works much better for turning it. I thought he was crazy needing this for the price but he is very happy with it. If he's happy, I'm happy. And the man makes great pizza ❤️

Works beautifully.

I was converting too many pizzas into hardluck calzones. Many times I was unable to lift the pie off the hot stone using the regular peel, without turning it into a calzone. This helps considerably, but you still must wait after the pizza "launch" for the crust to harden enough to rotate it. The regular peel is too large to rotate within the confines of the oven. Like most Ooni products, they tend to be a bit overpriced. I can see why people might say "what? I need 2 peels?" Yeah, you do.

This turning peel works so well with a pizza oven. Great design and long handle. Makes moving the dough around so simple and is super effective. It is expensive but has long durability, is quality and does the job very well. This will last if looked after so is worth the money long term.

Antes, girar las pizzas dentro del horno era complicado y poco preciso. Desde que la tengo, la diferencia es enorme: manejar la masa es mucho más fácil y rápido, y consigo un horneado más uniforme.
