Not given what was committed
There was a removable bucket mentioned in the purchase on Amazon and I returned the item last time because of the missing removable dustbin and manufacturing defects. REMOVABLE DUSTBIN again not given. What a scam. The perforations on top are also too big for the cigarettes butts to pass through easily. No plate to separate the bin and cigarettes.

The product I received was defective.
I had bought this product to gift it to a friend on his birthday so had placed the order a few days earlier. By the time I opened the package, I realized that the product was severely defective. The base had rusted and the frame was dislodged from it's place. Unfortunately, the return window closed just a day before I noticed this issue. It was very disappointing, especially since I was left red-faced in front of my friends when we unpacked the gift.

It's not a complete product
The tray inside to catch the cigarette buds is missing. I cannot put a plastic bag inside for trash collection either.

The steel or chrome bracket came off when delivered. Improper sticking, must have used rivets to put it in place and bottom should have plasticc or rubber beading which is missing will rot by rain as it is an outside unoit. Finish not good top must be welded.
