Sturdy adjustable hooks for hanging pictures. We used them to suspend sound dampening panels in our church. The mechanism is easy to use and securely grips transparent nylon line or thin airplane cable. These hooks make it easy to adjust for level and height. Great price for for a great product

I wish I'd found these years ago. They make it so easy to adjust heights of artwork and it makes my occasional art rotation so much easier!

These are very handy and well made. Adjusting the height is easy too. But due to their length (65nn/2.6") for many frames they will stick up at or above the top of the frame if hanging by the wire/string strung across the back,. This will make the frame lean forwards and possibly appear above the frame. To help overcome this, I shortened the overall length by 1" by bending the hook itself -- see photo comparing original and modified one. So now they work with almost all frames I hung and don't protrude above it. I broke one in trying, but others straightened out OK.

The Han Sheng adjustable hook worked perfectly for hanging art work at a gallery. They are well made and easy to install on the preexisting wires. The arrived quickly and the price was very good.

To summarize this review: you can flip the hooks so that the hook is actually the hook that attaches to the picture rail. To go on: There are a number of complaints about the size of the hooks, and how they stick out too far and look sloppy. This could be the case if you attach the hooks to frame. Using them this way makes sense if you have a rotating gallery, but won't look good if you are using them for a more permanent use. I purchased these to use on picture rails in my home, not for rotating use. To that end, I used the hook as the attachment to the picture rail and then dropped the framing wire from the hook to the frame. Getting the hook to fit best with your picture rail just takes a pair of pliers. For me, being able to adjust up-and-down without having to take a frame down each time to adjust the hanging wires is amazing--particularly if you are dealing with frames on a high rail or on stairs. These allow you to adjust the height while hanging from the picture rail, and when it's just right you can then set it and just clip the excess framing wire (now at the top), and even put a ferrule on it if you want to be extra safe. I love these -- and wish I had gotten them sooner. But prior to purchase make sure that you are going to be able to use them for the application you need. If you are going to use them so the hook attaches to the frame, I would suggest having the hook connect to framing wire attached to the frame. If you try to attach the hook directly to the frame it won't look good -- but I think those are complaints from folks who haven't used these little gems to their full capability.

I have a home that has all the molding in place. I just had it repainted and these hangers work really well with cable wire to hold all my works on display. No more sparkle and paint when I change the organization of my works.

These are working perfectly with ferrules and a swaging tool to hang our pictures from hooks on picture rail molding.

I ordered two packages of these hooks for my new gallery. two out of the 36 hooks were loose and slid down the wire and would not hold. the others all worked as advertised and I was so happy, I ordered two more packages which i kept for just in case. Then I had an event and ordered 4 more bags. while i was waiting for the next four bags, i opened the second set of two. EVERY SNGLE HOOK SLID!! Not one single hook stayed in its place!!!! we had to put a metal crimp under each hook to hold it in place! this is unacceptable! I hope that the 4 bags that i am still waiting for actually work like the first set. Who can I write to to get a refund or replacement for the second set of bags?
