Curiosity killed the cat, the author finally published the system so that all may benefit. The system is neither astrological nor numerological but one may conjecture its recondite origin lies in the ancient past of the Pythagoreans as the musical scale seems to be its fundamental key. As king Solomon says, there's a time for everything... so this system pretends to be so Cosmically inspired as to be able to answer specifically what is the best time for something to be done, specially standing between the sword and the deep blue sea. It contains a neat little secret in therapeutics and its application in relation to the full moon and the high tide that should be of great help to those who are looking for healing. This is a very practical book but it also contains enough theory to explain the fundamentals of the system. Needless to say, you might feel the author is being your very best personal adviser on all those questions where you need to make a very important decision. The book itself is not a reference work but more truly a consulting friend to whom you will return again and again for some sound advice. Paradoxically in 1929, the first time the book was ever published, the stock market crashed in October ushering in the Great Depression of the 1930's; ten years later, the author would be dead or as a Rosicrucian would say received the Great Initiation (GI) and World War II began. The only difficulty to the application of this system is a prerequisite the author establishes and that is a belief in reincarnation. Needless to say, the doctrine of reincarnation is not very well known in the West and none of the Christian denominations discusses the subject. To clear this hurdle, the author offers a unique explanation of reincarnation based on a mystic interpretation of Cosmic vibrations that is far from being the usual Eastern religious view of the subject. Once this obstacle is overcome, there is nothing else to do but apply the system.

Whether you are a student of higher knowledge or just a bit curious, this book is an excellent read. Everyone can benefit from learning to coincide their life thru life cycles. The book goes into great detail about how life flows in cycles. Every day, year and life is broken down into periods and each one is custom to the individual.Like all the books I've read by H. Spencer Lewis, his language is easy to read and follow. You don't have to be a Rosicrucian to benefit from the teachings in this book!

Spencer Lewis, the founder of AMORC, I do not rate according to truthfulness, accuracy or usefulness for the reader. I rate it on its value for creating a platform to use in controlling people to join or remain in a religious cult called AMORC- people like me. How valuable was the tool? Did it serve a useful role in holding me, against my true nature, in the cult? In a “Rosicrucian Diary” I wrote on November 23rd, 1983, three decades ago, I specifically mention this book as a possible solution to the extreme poverty I was facing after coming to the United States from Haiti. No sooner did I plan on buying it; then it occurred to me I knew some people who had it and procured it immediately. All of the Rosicrucian literature produced by H. Spencer Lewis is mystically, metaphysically, spiritually and scientifically enlightening!- And this title is no exception. It is thoughtful and engaging from the beginning. It spells out, in simple terms, how to assist yourself in attaining self-mastery in all aspects of life by harmonizing yourself and your actions with the magical yet predictable interwoven cycles of time in life. Through practical application of any of the ideas set forth in this book, you will absolutely gain a deeper insight and understanding of, as well as, mastery over your circumstances. Definitely essential reading and highly recommended, this is a great starting point for the seeker of light and wisdom! In fact, I would recommend ALL Rosicrucian literature to those searching for light!

A different aspect, a cross between numerology and chronology (periods of time over a week).Learn which day/period is most, or least, favorable for your intention.This volume replaces an older, well used one!

Careful study is required to completely understand and observe the benefits . So don’t just read once without proper understanding but read till you completely understand then you will realise how valuable this book is!!

Gives an insight of self Mastery through different ways that needs to be practiced to evaluate the effectiveness of these methods. Will write another review after these methods are put into practice on a later date.

This book is great and helped me very much. very practical and explains why you succeed and fail sometimes with seemingly no reasons. Just Great, for everything there is a season!!!
