Lovely looking handbook with a bit of Journal in the back!!
We were looking for a present for a gardening family member, and wanted something with a bit of an Almanac feel, maybe with some journal functionality as well.It's just bigger than A5, so not a massive hardback to lug about, easy to pick up and read and stuffed full of excellent information, hints and tips.Yes, it's American, but save a few words and concepts about temperature, it really doesn't matter - in fact it adds to the interest a little.Lovely book, will be buying another for me!!

was very happy to get this.My dad swore by it,THE OLD VERSION 100YRS “OLDER”DID LOT OF FARMIMG AND PLANTING IN HIS DAY.being half that age, I will be a new user “of the newer version”I’m still only halfway through reading up on tomatoes 🍅 excellent information.It has a lot easier instructions than the old timer. This book is fantastic! I am an experienced gardener and I found new information. Broken up into chapters and sections for veggies and herbs-soil tips-some companion gardening-pests and diseases. Color photos and easy read. Quick for references. I have now ordered 2 other books in the series. Great book if you are just getting started or just want a reference book.
