Working Great - Even Shifting SRAM chain & Gears!
Shimano & SRAM won't like me writing this but 11 speed drivetrains are cross compatible. I have Shimano STI shifters but I wanted a wider range than the 11-40T XTR cassettes that I originally looked at. After some research I bought this GRX rear mech with a SRAM 10-44T cassette (11 speed), SRAM XX chain, and a SRAM chainring and everything shifts beautifully. Now I have a wider gear range and I didn't have to buy new shifters and brake calipers!
