I love exercising using a physio balls because you have to bring in dynamic balance as well as strength and balance reaction skills. This ball is nice in that it is a slip resistant You're not going to slide off if you start rolling to that very edge you can still going to stay on the ball That's a plus for me so then I can I get more work done and create better angles for myself when exercising so the thickness is great The shape it's round it's perfect The durability I use it everyday it gets beat up it's been left out outside a few times it cleans up really good so the ease of use was good I have my own electric blow up so I don't use their hand pumps because they don't really put nice ones in there and that's across the board That's nothing against this ball but ease of use is very good and if someone is looking for this it's very good product.

Very cost effective fitness ball, I use it for lumbar physical therapy and it works as expected. Has many other uses for fitness as well. Retains air well, pump was included and worked as well. So far it seems very durable.

It's a great ball. I also have the TheraBand Pro series and this one is no different, for a fraction of the price. Nice sturdy material. It comes with a pump, and it takes a bit to inflate it to however firm you want, so it might be easier to use a bicycle pump. I found it no trouble to inflate with the pump it came with. The pump has two sizes of tip, they give you three plugs in case you lose one, and two plug remover tongs. Those are nice extras because I've lost the plug on my old ball before and had to scramble around trying to find it because I didn't have another one. Exercise balls are a wonderful thing to have. I used them years ago when I was a personal trainer but when I had an accident and ended up in physical therapy for a long time they gave me the ball and a weight bar and exercises to do for my spine. I still do all of them today because it keeps my spine in limber condition. Some people were talking about how long it took to get it but I ordered it through Prime and got it two days later. There's a trick to measuring the ball to get the size you need. The chart indicates diameter (the distance straight from one side of the sphere to the opposite side, passing through the center), NOT CIRCUMFERENCE so use the centimeters in the chart and multiply by pi to get the actual size of the ball (in centimeters). For example, if the chart says 55cm, you multiply 55cm x pi (3.14) = 172cm. That's how big around the ball is. Get out a tape measure at home and see if that size will work for you. 55cm is how high the ball is from the ground up. It should come up to about the back of your knee. I found that I was able to fill this ball very firm. They are made not to burst. It's better to buy a slightly smaller ball and fill it as firm as you can, then to buy a bigger ball and have to inflate it less and then it will be too soft to be challenging. Or if you inflate it fully, it'll be too big for you.

I'm really glad they included the measuring tape or I wouldn't have filled it nearly full enough. The 55cm is perfect for my 5' 4.5". I have a perfect 45 degree angle when I sit on it. It feels wonderfully strong and stable. It's thicker than any exercise ball I've used before. I've never bought one before; I've only used them at gyms. I chose this one because of reviews on Amazon and other websites and am not at all disappointed. I'm impressed that they made something of such high quality for half the price. Some people have complained about the pump not blowing it up very fast but when you think about shipping costs shipping, how big of a pump do they expect it to have? I think the pump was a reasonable size. I didn't think to time it. Maybe it did take 5 minutes, but when I only need to blow something up one time, that's better than paying extra shipping for a bigger, faster pump. The pump was very easy to use. In the beginning I could pump it with my hands, squeezing it between my fingers or with my foot. Once it got really full it was easy to finish inflating it with my foot. The only issue I had was it was whistling like a child's toy and I have very sensitive hearing when it comes to high pitched sounds but I accidently discovered that putting a loop in the hose decreased the sound significantly without affecting it's ability to inflate the ball.

Fast shipping. I ordered this as a chair for my office since I spend long hours sitting and I need something that will help me with my posture and lower back. This balancing (chair) ball seems to do the trick. At first I thought I received the wrong size. I ordered based on the measurement picture from the item profile--M, 48-55cm--but it looked smaller than I was expecting when I opened the box. The item also came with a manual pump, some plugs (including a little plastic thing to help you remove the plugs when you need to inflate/deflate later on) and a paper measuring tape with a hole on each end. I read other reviews and people were confused what to do with it but it's actually pretty simple. You basically pump air into the ball then when it gets big enough, you wrap the tape around the center and keep pumping air until the 2 holes at the ends of tape align with each other--that means you've reached the max and can stop pumping air. There's also instructions that tells you to pump a little bit and let the ball stay like that for a few hours to stretch out then you can pump to its max. After inflating it to 55cm, I realized it was the perfect size and height for my office table so I am pretty happy. There is also a 2 year warranty which is great! I've used this for 2 weeks now and I actually had to pump some air in it this morning. No holes--perhaps the ball is "stretching out" and I can pump more air in. It feels very sturdy and can hold my weight pretty well.

This was bought as an addition to my home gym. I bought the M based on the size chart. I'm 5'5 and the Medium (55 cm diameter) ball was recommended for exercise. However, I guess I'm used to L (65 cm diameter) stability balls, because the ball is too small to fit all my workout needs. It's great for seated ab work, and cardio ballistic classes, but pikes and plank challenges are harder to accomplish with a smaller ball. I should have ordered the L. I kept the ball because I will eventually buy a larger one. I am looking forward to having the two sizes, and exploring the different exercises I could do with both. It came with a foot pump that was easy to use, there wasn't much instructions included but it's not rocket science. It wasn't that hard to figure out. I waited a few weeks to write the review to see if there was any deflation, but so far, it's holding it's shape and it hasn't deflated. Great quality item, just too small for me to be extremely happy. It's still worth keeping, and I do use it for seated ab work, and lunges and cardio ballistic, so will not be returning.

Perfect. The right size. Easy to inflate. Performs great. I love it. Really helping my new knee get stronger.

طلبت اللون الأحمر ووصلني الطلب والكرتون مكتوب عليه أحمر لكن عند الفتح وجدت الكرة باللون الأسود. على العموم ليست مشكلة كبيرة علماً أن الأسود سعرها أغلى لا أعرف لماذا. في النهاية يبدو لي ان الجودة ممتازة ومنفخ الهواء بجودة معقولة جداً. أنصح بالشراء.
