I needed a nice chain for my cross pendant. This is very a very nice-looking chain, but it did not hold up to wearing every day. I was walking when I felt it fall down my shirt & it broke from the middle part of the chain not the clasp area. For the price I thought it would hold up with everyday wear. I do not do any major sport activities with jewelry on & remove items when showering, so I am a bit surprised this only lasted less than 2 months, since it was purchased late April. I would suggest a larger mm size than the 1/5, but still a bit disappointed.

I have had mine for one month and today it broke right by the clasp. I have worn chains like this for 20 years and never broke one. This is poor workmanship. I need to know how to get replacement.

I was told never to buy a hollow rope and when I bought this chain it was listed as solid. It fell apart and I ordered a replacement. Now the replacement is stretching and I’m sure going to break too. Funny thing is I cannot exchange for Amazon credit because I already did the replacement and now the product is listed as hollow. Go figure.

This necklace is exactly as described, looks beautiful and fits exactly as expected.I deserve this gorgeous piece and I am already wearing it, thank you!!

Just took this HOLLOW broken chain to the jeweler to see its actual cost and or to fix it. I paid $290.75 for it, but its true worth is $50.00. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!!!This was a beautiful piece of jewelry worn alone or with a pendant. Unfortunately, in less than five month's time the chain snapped in half. As we all know, the clasp on any chain moves around the neck and if you are like most of us, you prefer the clasp centered on your neck in the back. This morning, as most mornings when I wake up, I moved the clasp to the back and the chain snapped in half. I wrote to the company and explained the situation and asked for an even exchange. I received this answer, " Since this is slightly over the return time frame what we can do here is offer a 50% discount towards the purchase of a new chain. You may want to go with the 3mm for strength and durability" (I did not omit the last period)Obviously this is not a new issue with this company. I am not hard on my jewelry, and I would not purchase anything further from them. I doubt they even read my message completely. Some things are better off seen first before making a purchase and I am sorry that I did not follow that.Based on the quality of the item and the customer service debacle, I would hope this place is shunned and even the one star is too much!

This chain is so beautiful and the pics dont do it justice.I bought 2 of the 26 inch 2mm. One was a gift which he absolutely loved.Im so in love with this chain.So sparkly and a substantially strong chain,and not so thin that yu can barely see it.Just perfect to accomodate a pendant.I attached a pic next to a grain of rice so yu can see the width. Dont hesitate in purchasing ,yu wont be disappointed..I highly recommend.👍😁

Overall it is a nice looking chain. It was a gift and the person that received it liked it very much. My only concern was the weight of the chain. It was a 3mm chain and feels very light. I'm not sure it was solid 14k gold and worry about damage and crimping with regular wear.

Lovely gold chain - quite pretty. Shipping was prompt, well packaged. My only "complaint" is the lobster clasp is very small (1.5mm chain) and difficult for me to manage alone.
