Transon Artist Paint Brush Set of 12 for Watercolor Acrylic Gouache Oil and Tempera Painting

I 100% recommend these brushes. They are my favorite set. They work great and are easy to clean. This is a purchase I will be happy to make again in the future. Great price for excellent brushes!! There is a great variety of sizes to paint large and small detail. They fit comfortably in my hand! The bristles stay intact as well!! They are so easy to use. Don't hesitate just get this set. You will not be sorry!!

Great brushes, arrived quickly, good value

In some cases I am rather tough on oil painting brushes and decided I'd like to pick up some cheap ones rather than destroying my best brushes all the time...so I picked up these, thinking they would be "disposable". I have to say that while they are listed for watercolors too, I don't recommend them for that. They are rather stiff (not as stiff as hogs hair but IMO too stiff for watercolor). They would be just fine for acrylic and I am impressed with how usable they are for oils. The bristles don't seem to be falling out which I half expected for the price. They work really well and for me are the perfect stiffness for general oil painting. I just wish there was a slightly larger flat brush added to the set. It would be a perfect set for people just starting out. I'm not a long handle brush person so I appreciate the size of these as well.

I’m not going to pretend that these are super high quality brushes but as a full time working artist, it’s important to me that I get quality and quantity. They hold their shape well, haven’t noticed any shedding, no splaying out of the bristles yet, they have the perfect amount of snap I was looking for in water media brushes (hold their shape while painting but also hold a decent amount of water), nice variety of shapes and sizes. Really all around a great purchase if you’re in need of a full set of water media brushes

Not much more to say. They are nice brushes. I have used them with acrylic paints and like the way they feel and the way the paint glides on

I’m just starting to practice with watercolors and these have been great! Lots of different sizes to choose from and they are easy to clean and hold their shape. No doubt these will last and the packaging holds them nicely to store away.

These are shockingly good quality for the price. I use them with both watercolor and acrylic paints and they work well with both.
