I never write reviews for Amazon. I have purchased 3 of these pillows. While they do work great for my knees I have been using them for bed pillows. I have silent reflux and after purchasing one of those HUGE $75.00 wedge pillows which was super bulky and uncomfortable I tried this. I was never a back sleeper, but this pillow keeps my head elevated and neck and spine aligned. Even sleeping on my side is awesome. My head cradles perfectly in the cut out. I purchased pillow 2 for my knees , but my husband discovered how awesome it was for his neck while sleeping and I gave it to him. My 10 year old son tried mine one night while sick with a head cold and loved it..So number 3 is on the way. 3 of these pillows all within 3 weeks. Once you break it in , it's magical. I sleep better without pain. no headache, stays cool, cover can be washed. Great for watching TV too and reading. I think I'll purchase more for gifts. I have used for the intended purpose as well. Definitely works. However I prefer to use it as my new pillow.

I have horrible back, knee, and hip pain that worsens when I’m trying to sleep. I still have pain (I think I always will) but wow, I can finally be comfortable. It also helps keep my legs in place when on my side since I have a habit of the top one twisting over. I’ve had it a few months now and hasn’t lost it’s support.

I use this product between my knees when I sleep. It definitely helps my back and I sleep better. I wish it were a little bigger, but does work well.

My only wish: Please provide slip covers or a pillow case to keep the pillow from getting dirty.

Loved pillow not delivery! Stuffed in mailbox. Box too small for mailbox. Had to fight to get box out. Usually delivery’s are in front of door. I wish this delivery had been this way!!!

I didn't know if was as small as it was , I would've liked for it to be bigger

Im a lumbar/cervical fusion person, need more,, have terrible sciatic nerve pain, dr recommended this,, definitely not cure, but does help,, n compare to other brands, best value

I am to have hip surgery when this pandemic ends and will use the knee pillow after that.
