Ashwagandha is AWESOME stuff!
I highly recommend Ashwagandha to ANYONE who needs help sleeping or stress relief (anyone who has kids!). It has done wonders for my husband and me. My bottle is still being shipped but I chose to try this brand for a change because of its ingredients and (should I admit this?!!) nice packaging. Kids asleep, mommy can relax too!

Increased Energy & Huge aid in stress relief
