I've been taking these daily for a month, and about 1.5 - 2 weeks in I noticed a positive shift in my energy level and a very slight mood boost. I do believe they help me to maintain a better overall state of mind. If you suffer from anxiety/depression (as I do), they probably aren't going to turn you into a chirpy, bright-eyed, optimistic people person, but I do find they make a difference for me, albeit a small (but noticeable!) one. It's a convenient and effective supplement that makes sense to me on a physical and mental level, and as an added bonus, the capsules are a cool-looking deep emerald green and are easy to swallow. Would recommend to vegans and non-vegans alike!

I use this product as a supplement to get my vitamin D3, Omega 3, and B12 which are essential to have especially as a vegan. D2 is known to be less effective than D3 in helping your body absorb Calcium and phosphorus which WE NEED!!! I used to think D3 can only be consumed if I ate animals and as a vegan that wasn’t an option. So I settled for the D2 in plants and also ,knowing that D3 is produced by our body during sun exposure, I made sure I got plenty of sun on the regular. Everything changed when I was introduced to Vedge Essential. They have managed to extract D3 from lichen (non animal derived) and used it in their supplement. Now I feel a lot better knowing I’m consuming the better form of vitamin D and I don’t have to eat animals for it. THANK YOU to the creators of Vedge Essential.

Feeling good - more clarity since I started taking these. But I’m surprised no ones mentioned the fishy taste / burps. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise seem like a great option for the plant-based crowd.

My fiancé and I love these vitamins. He introduced them to me after he said the tumeric is great for calming his mind and the essential vitamins help him feel energized each day. I decided to give them a try and have ordered several bottles since! It’s worth the price point and I am great I have found vitamins I can be consistent with. No side effects or upset tummy from taking them :)
