No. I was happy with the gear ratio on the puller. A friend also gave me a extension arm to help pull faster, it help by adding a bit of leverage against the tension or drag of the knob.

Can all three flags be folded flat for easy compact storage?

They can be removed easily and are easy to store.

Does this matte box rotate for filters?

It has recepticals for filters that are easy accessed, but there is no rotation or swing away feature.

Will this fit my xeen 114mm lenses?

Yes but you are gonna need a donut ring that fits the diameter of your xeen lens.
