This is a very good product. The design is great, because it has a very good rear portion that is larger than just about every other heating wrap. For me, that's great because it heats up with moist heat over by bulged disc in my neck at the C3-C4 discs as I use it prior to doing P/T traction for my neck condition. It has a very nice and soft covering that really feels good and the adjustment feature allow a perfect fit for any size neck. The reasons that I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 are because of two things. First is that their time to heat it is way too short. The second one is that it loses its heat (in my opinion) faster than I'd like. Perhaps it's because I have only had it for 1 month and it may need some more breaking in time. The seller gave me good and quick communication on my questions prior to me buying it. I would still recommend this product and the seller.

Feels wonderful on my neck and shoulders. Stays in place unlike a corn bag. Very relaxing, glad I decided to try it! Great shape for an achy neck or just because it feels great. Haven't tried it cold but well worth the money!!

We have purchased many heating pads to replace an old one and they all were junk. These are FANTASTIC. quality product that does what it's supposed to do. So happy we found this Company. Will definitely be ordering more for gifts.

This is a heavy pad. Seems like nice quality but was too heavy for me to use. I returned the item.

Easy to heat this up in the microwave - just don't overdo it. Wrap it around your neck and slip one end through the other and you're good to go. It is soft & stays in place well. The heat lasts longer than you would think and helps relax tight muscles thereby relieving some of your pain. I really like that I can put it on and still do other things from putting clothes in the washer to reading a book while the wrap stays in place.

I use several methods and product styles for Cervical Spine, Upper Shoulders, Base of Head because of arthritis and disc issues. Different products and rotating between ice and/or heat methods are necessary for me. I have been using it daily for heat for about 10 days so far. Pros: After recent Cervical Spine surgery, I usually use various products daily to get relief. For moist heat , I have found this item to be very helpful because it wraps around my entire neck and back of head. 1 minute on each side in microwave (per their instructions) is just right for me. Electric heating pads don't provide the moist heat like a product such as this. The soft cover feels good against the skin. It doesn't slip, like others I have. It heats of very nicely in microwave and heat lasts good amount of time. Made in USA. Cons: It is heavy, though only 2.5 lbs. But not overly heavy...the weight is needed to provide "firm" fit. I am a petite woman. The elastic holder takes a bit of maneuvering (stretching) initially. I'm hoping it will remain durable.

This is great and very comfortable to wear. It is easy to heat up or to freeze. It wraps around the neck well and fits all the nooks and crannies. It can have a strange smell to it but it doesn't overshadow its usefulness.
