I am a progessional fishing guide who does use gear like this more than most, but.......I own an old version of this that has never missed a lick. So, i thought i would get another one for my new triolling motor set up on my skiff. Guess what? Less than 6 months later (well within the warranty), the new version has proved itself to be a total piece of SOMETHING NOT GOOD! Contacted the manufacturer and they are in no hurry to contact me back.I make my living off my boats and have no time to deal with junk, nor a company who does not back their product. I will driop this unit in the trash and loock elseware. Unfortunately I still have to work out of this boat with an old single bank charger. Do you get to sleep all night through with your job? I now get to wake up 2 times a night to change my old charger over until I get a quality charger from another company.Sure has made my job alot easier.Amazon kicked this review out because of profanity. Guess why i used it? It was necessary. Makes me want to rant even longer on this terrible product. Anyway i will try to submit this review again after cleaning it up.

I bought this 3 bank charger to replace my original unit. The charger is easy to install and works to recharge & maintain the batteries as expected. I uploaded a drawing for the installation I used and what is typical for bass boats with trolling motors.

I put this in a bass boat with 2 trolling and one starting battery. The original unit lost a charging circuit in 9 months or so. I had to return the unit but they sent me a new replacement under warranty. The boat sits trailered in a barn with no AC or heat year round and the charger is on all the time the boat is not on the lake. So far the replacement has kept the batteries charged and ready for over a year.

Liked the price point . Been in my boat for 6 months now and have no problems or complaints once so ever ! Had a MinnKota before that was three years old and twice the price that had a leg loose charging capability. Didn’t want to spend the money again on high end when it didn’t last near long enough in my opinion with crappy answer from customer support saying it was a software issue most likely but no offer to repair or how to repair said issue which I believe was a crock anyhow ...

Piece of crap. Exactly two years old living in a garage and installed in my 2 year old boat. Two banks went out and two batteries where drained. This was a lot of money for what this is and now has cost me more money. Buyer Beware!

I bought this on August 7, 2016. Various LEDs started to fail after one year and one bank has completely failed now in early November 2017. Looks good and promising and will work for a year. Probably.

Easy to install and fit right into my boat. Power cord isn't very long but it does the job. Keeps my 3 batteries charged and I plug it in every night. Good quality and works great.

I got 1 replaced in warranty after 2 years, that one also failed after 2 years. They only warranty the unit once. But I did buy another one because it works and is easy to use.
