I'm a 72 year old man who's had prostate issues for decades, with frequent night time wake ups, night time incontinence, prostatitis, etc. Upon taking this product, for TWO DAYS, I actually slept 5 hours without getting up, something that hasn't happened in 20 years. I was getting up 4-5 times a night, now it's 2, or 3. Also, my stream and stop and starting is MUCH easier each day.I would caution users, be patient! This worked dramatically in the first five days, but then tapered off considerably after 3 weeks, but is still much better than without using it. It did not fix night time incontinence, but it has greatly improved! I've also noticed a drop in urgency, emptying bladder much better than before, and much less frequency during the day time hours.I was skeptical of saw palmetto alone, which my physician suggested, as I saw no difference at al with several of the highly rated supplements here on Amazon. The NOW supplement has two to three times the ingredients most prostate supplements have, which seems to have worked. I'm so thankful I didn't give up and tried this one, as it offers significant relief for long term prostate issues sufferers.

Very good product, fair price, fast shipment

I have an enlarged prostate which has begun to annoy me since I have to get up a couple of times during my sleep cycle to void. I've taken this product before and it didn't seems to work, but decided to give it another try. I've been on it for several months now and honestly can't tell a bit of difference. It might work for some people but it hasn't worked for me.

I've seen this brand sold at health food stores and trust them. Husband not sure if it is really working or not.

So far so good. The package arrived properly, had proper sealing, and is made in American factories. That’s what you look for when you are involved with the supplement market, which is largely unregulated. The ingredients listed has some scientific support for efficacy, so we will see what happens. Recommend.

This item is great. Most effective. This review is not about the product. It is on subscription buy. There is a specific date that the product is to arrive. It is now two months in a row it has come late. (?) It seems to me that when there is a specific date targeted . . . if anything it should be early.

Didn’t make any difference at all. I didn’t even know I was taking it. I finished the whole bottle before writing a review. I gave it five stars so you would see this review.

This really help me 3 years already after using another supplement as Triple Strength ProstaPollen. Just add one more tablet as additional solution for your issue if you felt the Triple Strength ProstaPollen begins to be less effective. Try it to get experience. Recommended to anyone who has prostate problem !
