These are fine B12 pills.
These are fine B12 pills. If I remember to take them, it keeps my fingers from being tingly, so I guess that means they're working. I prefer to cut them up and spread out my gazillion percent of B12 or whatever is in the tablet. You probably lose efficacy that way, but as a mostly vegan, I do what works, and this works for me. The tablets are kind of large, so that could be a challenge for some.
