At first I was unsure about spending £30 on a pillow but after having used this I’m very happy that I did.The pillow did genuinely help with my neck pain as well as my lower back as I haven’t woken up in pain or with a stiff neck in the past few days. Amazing how just one small change helped me sleep better. Also the gel stays cool throughout the night which is a very nice feature and it came with a free eye mask and ear plugs as well.Overall I would recommend this pillow if you have neck pains as it does help.

The comfort is great bought it as I have sleep ansomnia and it's helped a lot only issue is I didn't receive the eye mask and ear plugs hence the three stars

My dad was asking for a new pillow as his friend had been talking about a tempur pillow.I thought I would order a regular one before getting him a expensive one, as I wasn’t sure if he would like sleeping on this type of pillow.He has used it for a while now and loves it, he will not go back to a conventional pillow.The comfort of the pillow is excellent and gives him a good night sleep, it doesn’t heat up as other pillows as it’s got a cooling gel on top.Hopefully this pillow lasts him a long time and I don’t need to get a expensive tempur one!

I ordered this pillow as I need support under my neck. I played on it for around 20 mins and it was like I had my head on a concrete step. It was far too firm. I didn't feel like it would ever mould to my head. Very disappointed. I thought it would serve the purpose and I would get a good nights sleep.

Wow what can i say! Fabulous, I will be buying 5 more soon for family members for xmas. I have felt the memory foam and it is soft and it is so comfortable. The gel pad gives it a unique edge by allowing you to remain cool when sleeping. Also the ear plugs and the eye mask was a great touch for a gift. Thank you so much and speedy delivery!

Honestly not a great product. I've used memory foam pillows for 10 + years and never had any complaints but this was so stiff, it lasted an hour before I swapped it back for my old one.At the time of purchase, I also purchased a slightly more expensive memory foam pillow as a gift for someone. In comparison, the build quality of this pillow felt significantly cheaper.The size of it is also a lot smaller than expected. This is shown on the listing but it's way too small for a standard pillowcase, so something you may want to check.

Absolutely tiny, this does not fill a standard uk pillowcase. The smell is awful, I have used this for 10 days now and it stinks!!! Cheap memory foam off cuts maybe. There a large misshapen holes in the foam. The cooling gel does NOT cool. It is so thin I wouldn't even describe it as "gel" maybe thin blue rubber. With all the negatives it does offer support, just need to be bigger, much bigger. Not worth the money.
