I don't have to use any salt I use all of my herbs and spices in my food and then I add these cubes it depends on how big of the pot of your vegetables stews or soups maybe or beans etc the flavor boosts everything it is fantastic I use it for people in my family that have hurt diabetes problems etc and when they go to the doctor everything turns out fine this is very good to use and the flavor is remarkable one of my secret weapons for my recipes

These cubes are very tiny, but you don't need much to add amazing flavor to your dishes. I used 1-2 cubes as a dry rub on some fried fish and it was delicious. I recommend putting it into a bowl and breaking it into powder before adding to a dish. Microwave for 10 seconds to loosen if it's too hard to break up with a utensil.

This cubes they add a very good test. It's been years now since i started to use them
