How is this labeled as ghost pepper sauce when there is no ghost pepper in the ingredients?

Both Hawaiian and Ghost Peppers are clearly stated on the front. As an ingredient all chili peppers are considered to be the same on an ingredient panel. There is no requirement to distinguish between different chili peppers in the ingredients list.
