Excellent product. Unfortunately, one of the three items ordered malfunctioned. The Amazon system for contacting the shipper was a bit cumbersome. I believe final resolution (item replacement) will be received next week.

Poorly constructed, with conductors reversed. Glad I tested it before plugging it into my system -- could have fried things! Do not buy this. It's a shame, because it would have been a very useful way to clean up my basement phone line connections...

I didn't like the fact that the product, did not separate lines, but all devices were on the same line. All of the attached devices ran on the same line, thus cancelling separate use at one time.

I received this item carefully packed and on time. However, as soon as I plugged it into the phone outlet, the line went down, and the alarm started beeping because the phone line was down. I removed it and inspected carefully. I found three of the female connectors shorted. Decided to open it and found it to be so poorly build that whatever I paid for it, was too much.
