Greenland Home Fashions Antique Rose - Classic Traditional Floral - 100% Cotton Quilted Throw Blanket, 50 x 60 inches, Ecru

I bought this quilted throw for my little dog to use on my bed and sofa. It’s 100% cotton, a soft natural fabric which comforted his senior bones. He enjoyed laying on it and as he fell asleep, I’d fold over the fabric to cover him up and he’d snuggle into it. ❤️ I love the vintage print of the large red and pink cabbage roses against the ecru and blue color. It has a vintage look and feel to it. The reverse fabric is a pencil-stripe mixed with smaller rose flowers, which is a lovely contrast. The fabric in the corners is mitered so that all parts of the pattern align properly so there are no mismatched areas. This is a sign of a carefully crafted product and I appreciate that attention to detail. It’s a very useful size, slightly smaller than a twin-size bed and great to use as an extra layer of warmth on one side of a larger size bed. My little dog didn’t use the quilt for long because he passed away the month after we got it, but he did enjoy using it during the remaining time he was with us. I use it now to cover myself from the draft of an open window or air conditioning, same as I did for him. I plan to pass this down to my children, so they’ll be able to use it as well. Treasured “material things” like this quilt are meant to be enjoyed, shared, then handed down to family as heirlooms, along with the beautiful memories associated with them.

I have 1 on my couch as a quilt, with the 2 decor pillows at 1 end, 1 bed pillow sham at the opposite side and bedsheets (Ivory with rose print on Amazon). I have the other (empty) sham on the back of my couch. I am homebound/disabled and often lay on my couch and need it to be comfortable and beautiful. I love Greenland Home Antique Rose Collection pieces. My bedroom is wrapped in this design, including curtains and bed skirt. (In my opinion bedskirt needs some redesign. Add an option for a wrap around style. Add a fairly thick underlayer, as is now the bedskirt is too thin for my liking. Please keep the design to be what it is now (the reverse of the Antique Rose quilt.) I love that design, both front and back! I would love to see more pieces made with the under side of Antique Rose design. The soft design with flowers and lines. Curtains with features of the softer colors and lines. Also curtains that go behind the Antique Rose design, for when I want the current design (Greenland Home Antique Rose) opened up for the day. Maybe a fairly thick Ivory with a design coordinating with the Antique Rose front and reverse. I say 'thick' because I want them to be able to provide some privacy. This is Important. I've been very pleased with Greenland Home Antique Rose Collection and the throw I have in Greenland Home Bliss. Thank you for the high attention to detail, softness of fabric, and Quality Control. This is so beautiful for the shabby chic look. And add to it that it's BLUE, it's like heaven. I haven't used the Quilted Throw Blanket yet, but it's on my couch waiting for me to cuddle up with. It's the same pattern as the curtains, valances and pillow covers. It does have the light color on the back side of the throw. I don't mind it so much. It's going to be laundered on Monday as then it will probably start cooling down around my neck of the woods so I can wrap up in it while watching tv. It's so soft and lovely. I am looking forward to it. It is 50" x 60" finished. I have several throws as the weather is never right here to just own one. (-: I suppose as much as I love the Shabby Chic look, I'm biased because I also love Alabama and I have a very warm and cozy sherpa throw that will probably keep me at the perfect temperature without hooking up one of my electric throws. In any case, I am prepared and I once again thank you Greenland Home for a beautiful and quality purchase. It's always a pleasure!

Perfect! This is exactly what I was looking for. Very pretty pattern and the perfect weight for both summer and winter. Very well constructed as well. I will definitely keep this company in mind when I am ready for a new quilt for my bed.

Item is very pretty, but very thin for a quilt. I am not sure there is any actual batting between the layers. I have older quilted cotton throws that are more substantial. Also, item is made in China per the tag, but I didn’t see that information in the description online. Country of origin does matter.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de taille pour un lit double 160x200 et taies d'oreiller incluses. Nous avions déjà un tel ensemble et cela nous a plu pendant 10 ans. Nous voulions acheter un nouvel ensemble, mais nous ne trouvons exactement celui-ci nulle part.

I have bought these in almost every colour off of Amazon. They are light weight breathable and COMFY. If you like a true COTTON blanket then these are a win. This colour is more of a muted teal turquoise than how greenish it looks in the picture. SUPER pretty. Lap blanket/small throw/toddler bed sized.

Simply beautiful! That’s all there is to say about it. Both sides are gorgeous. I bought a very simple, very cheap duvet cover, and draped this quilt over top of it, and it elevated the look of my bed beautifully!
