We had an issue with the product but the team very quickly posted the replacement and arranged for a collection of the faulty product. Great service overall

too expensive for £35 when I already bought it on Amazon for £26 and in black

Don't lock in place
What a disappointment.. spend a decent coin on it cause I thought "genuine" will work just as it should.. head's don't lock in the body of toothbrush and come off eisly. When compared to the original one that came in with the toothbrush there's a difference in design so yeah.. don't recommend it

Doesn't stay on the toothbrush
Purchased replacement heads for the first time on amazon. Heads doesn't stay on the toothbrush when brushing your teeth. Edit : purchased the same from boots store and works fine
