LEGOSpeed Champions Ferrari F8 Tributo Toy Racing Car with Driver Minifigure, Race Cars Building Sets 76895

I treated myself to this to keep myself occupied during lockdown (and to re-live my childhood a little too!). Really impressed with the quality and detail on this little model. It took around an hour to build...I wasn't speed building just playing Lego with my daughter and it was great fun to put together. Although the kit comes with instructions we used the Lego app and scanned in the QR code and up pop all we needed to build our little car. I would really recommend the app, especially if you have younger children as its a bit clearer and interactive too. It also contains some small detail stickers to give it a nice finish....plus, of course, a Lego driver figure too - complete with crash helmet. Once finished, we had our own little red Ferrari which measure approx 15cm long and 5cm high. Great fun for children and big kids too!

This new 8-wide Ferrari shows us the enormous benefits of that extra 2-stud width on the Speed Champion range. The curves and sleekness of the actual car itself is replicated very well in this model, though in some lights it has a more spikey, Lamborghini look to it, probably due to the spikiness of the available elements! The new baseplate is well designed and leads to a very study build, though the blocky form of the rear of the vehicle is rather disappointing - where the mighty V8 should rest, there are just basic grey blocks. Obviously the engine cover isn't removable like in, say, the large F40 model, but it'd be nice to know there's a representation of the engine in there nonetheless. Still, minor quibbles in an extremely good kit.

From the 2020 issue of the Lego Speed Champions series of vehicles, comes this Ferrari F8 Tributo.It's a nice build. Following the instructions it took me about 45 minutes. It's very detailed with lots of 1 x 1 and 1 x 2 stud pieces, in varying shapes and angles (some of which can be seen in the included spares, in my photo). The boxes in the 2020 series are bigger than previous boxes in the series, same quality bricks and easy to follow instructions and comes complete with a driver figure with helmet and separate hair piece. Some pieces are pre printed (front skirt, windscreen) and some pieces need stickers (headlights, badges).Very nice addition.

I have given this a 4 star just because i only give thing that are very good 5 stars,but the car is quite good it has no design flaws and I also like it because from the lego website you cant find it anymore

Bought for my grandson to try and help him keep busy in these uncertain times,Loved it really nice Lego set, built mostly on her own over a two day period working on it after school work,It was great to see him send me a photo of the finished car with a great big smile on his face, he is 9 years of age,Yes I would recommend this product and we are now going to order a Audi as well

This was a birthday present for my grandson and it was just what he wanted, the picture on the box was exactly the same as the finished car

Purchased for my son 8 year old son as a treat for good behaviour and being the star of the week at school. He loves lego and loves cars it took him a while to make it and I had to help him with applying the stickers. The car looks good once made and sits nicely in his window sill. Would recommend to anyone thinking to buy one

Best price on Amazon, bought for my 8 year old son who loves super cars. It was easy for him to assemble maybe because he is used to doing technic Lego, so only took about 30 mins to do but he loves it and is pleased he has this in his collection
