Essex Plant Support | Sturdy Metal Frame for Peonies & Roses | Standing Flower Garden Cage | Natural Bouquet Shape | Small 23" H X 14" D (Set of 2)

These plant supports are perfect for my peonies. They are sturdy and attractive in the garden. Shipping was quick and packaging was great so there was no damage. I will definitely buy more from this company.

Easy to assembly, sturdy and looks great in the flower garden. I'll be buying another set soon! I wish there was a taller version!

I order the small two pack planning on using them for support on my hellebores but their way to big. They are big enough to use on larger plants. Wish they had them in a smaller size yet they won't go to waste. My grandson helped with a second set of hands which made them easy to put together.

DO NOT BUY. Horrible design. While they look nice once in place, these are an enormous pain to build and install. I am also not at all confident they will remain steady over time.

I have seen plant supports of similar design most recently during a horticultural tour in Australia. I liked the appearance and was pleased to find the Gardeners' Supply's supports, offered through the Amazon website. The items were delivered promptly, were the size I ordered (of the three available sizes), and looked exactly as shown on the website. However, they seem much more lightly constructed than the supports I saw in Australia. I'm now in California, so I can't make a direct comparison. I am using this support for a herbaceous plant that is unlikely to bend the metal, but I would hesitate to use it for a woody plant, e.g., a rose, that might require a more substantial support. The minimum order for the medium size support is two items, and I have not yet installed the second support. I expect it will work fine with an appropriate plant.

I don't understand the negative reviews about this product... The one I received was strong and sturdy. I easily put it together by myself. It is perfect for my Autumn Sedum Pink plants.

Great for support of your flowers

2 stars for the actual quality of the supports, that said, I was surprised/disappointed in the ridiculous design /assembly. Both supports have a male/female channel to connect, however not one locks into place. These are not what I expected from Gardener's Supply, moreover, reading the comments customers were told by CS with GS to use zip ties to connect together. Really???? YES, you will need a second pair of hands to help hold these to assemble. * I considered returning for a full refund, then my husband said he would use marine glue to secure the channels together. Caveat Emptor! Gardeners Supply will need to improve the design and compensate their customers, especially customers that are loyal to their company.
